Hi lybrate user, the process you are having I mean automatic fall of fluid in the night time is normal thing. Nothng much to worry regarding that. As you are not masturbating the semen usually gets absorbed and sometimes if it is over loaded then it comes out in the night time only but not in the day time. Have a good day.

Hi lybrate-user, actually phimosus has the following affects during erection. Once it gets obstructed it blocks the vessels and very dangerous. So what I suggest is to go for surgery as soon as possible. That is go for circumcision. Removal of foreskin which is a minor surgery. So i'm future you will not have any issues after marriage while having sex with your life partner or else it cause inconveniences while doing sex. Hope I answered your quiries and do not hesitate to ask me if you have any. Have a good day.

Hi lybrate-user, in case of unprotected oral intercourse obviously vaginal sex also might have happened. So ultimately it's not alone gonnorrhoea yoi should look for, there is a test caled std profile test which includes all as common. It's better if you go for this particular test. After that just revrt me back with reports i'll let know what to do based on the report. Hope I answered your quiries and do not hesitate to ask any other questions. Have a good day.

This, I think im the right perosn to help you from this. With continuous masturbation obviously you will become weak and glowless face nd tired easily. Semen is purest extract of all the nutrients we have in our body and losing it too much may draw all the vital energy. Over masturbation is also described as one of the causes for premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and many other sex issues. Good diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables is very good for you. Increase water intake. These natural medicines will rejuvenate your whole body. Hope I answered your quiries and do not hesitate to ask me for any questions.

I am 20 years old female. I have suffering from headache last 3 month. What should I do?
Lybrate-user-user, nothing to worry regarding this. Just go for vision check up. If everything is fine then its purely a stress headache. So drink plenty of water of atleast 5 to 6 litres per day. Take good liquid diet. Take more of fruits and juices. First try to manage your stress by cutting down it either by doing yoga or which ever hobby you like. Make some time in a day for thos. If it is unbearable only take medication for that. If youfollow above you will get your headache reduces to 90 percent. Hope I answered your question

hi lalasa, Try to keep to a regular timing for going to bed*Avoid fried and heavy foods. Eat early and light food at night so that the food is almost digested by the time you go to bed. Prefer fruits and green vegetables.Fix daily work schedule and be busy with your work. Don’t keep pending problems in mind. Note down the points and leave them for next day’s action.Don’t do stimulating mental work or keep watching TV which can keep your mind agitated or active. This will not allow you to sleep. LCD screen will also have adverse effect.Day’s physical exercise makes you tired and induces sleep. *A warm bath in the evening will also be helpful.Low volume music also induces sleep.Keep your bed room neat, dark and cool. You may cover your eyes with bed sheet. *Drink plenty of water during the day rather than toward bedtime.Don’t have stimulating drinks like tea or coffee.Drinking a glass of milk before going to bed is fine.tc.if problem still persists revert me back ill help you best.

I am suffering from migraine since one year. Some times I feel vomiting also. Please suggest what should I do to.

MBBS
General Physician, Hyderabad
hi nargis, Lifestyle habits can go a long way to help reduce the number and severity of migraines. A consistent sleep pattern and regular exerciseand meals are important. Here are some lifestyle changes that may help: Sleep. Setting a consistent sleep schedule may help reduce migraines. Go to bed and get up about the same time every day, including weekends and holidays. Disruptions to your sleep schedule, getting too much or too little sleep, can trigger a headache. Exercise regularly. You may be tempted to avoid exercise, afraid it might trigger a migraine. And, although overexertion may trigger a headache in some people, research suggests regular, moderate aerobic exercise may reduce the severity, duration, and number of migraines in many people. Regular exercise also helps control stress, another migraine trigger. Eat regular meals. Regular meals are important to maintain level blood sugar. A drop in blood sugar can trigger a migraine. Also drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, which can trigger migraine. Limit stress. For many migraine sufferers, stress is a common trigger. Take time each day for a relaxation break. Find something that you enjoy that helps you relax. For example: • Listen to calming music • Take a short walk • Meditate • Do yoga Try complementary therapies. Along with your prescribed treatment, consider using complementary therapy to help prevent migraines. For example, you may be able to manage stress and prevent migraines through: • Acupuncture • Massage • Cognitive behavioral therapy tc.if problem still persists revert me back ill help you best.
