Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: Take Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.

I am 37 years old male after 9 years of long struggle I got married 9 months before with my lover I cried and I got more problems in this period, after marriage my grandma died within 3 months she is very affectionate to me I always caring grandma and frequent visiting to hospital for grandma and after death of grandma within a week I got panic attack and then I take medicine from General Physician for a week and stopped and after 1 month again I got panic attack I take same medicine and stop after a week and after 1 month again I got panic attack I went MD neurologist he suggest me to take medicine for at least 4 to 6 months now I am on 4th month but till now im feeling sometimes anxious, dizziness, always thinking about my health like I would die and I can not travel alone in a bus and lack of interest and feeling uncomfortable in chest can not take spicy food. But panic attacks is not shown from past 4 months thank god. Please suggest me what to do further im just 9 months married im trying for baby I got varicocele problem also for that im. Taking medicine along with anxiety medicines in my wife get more worried about me.

It's a good medication. No permanent treatment for epilepsy, few surgery are available, but done in resistant cases only. Needs assessment of seizure to clearly say that. If your seizure is controlled on medication then just continue medication, don't worry.

My brother is suffering epilepsy from 5 years, he is taking medicine regularly but after completing the course of 5 years, epilepsy come again today. What should I do. Plzz help me.

Some types of epilepsies are not curable and are there lifelong. Patient needs to continue drugs lifelong. However every 3 to 5 years we try to withdraw medications so as to look whether patient becomes drug free. In case there is reappearance of seizures then drugs are again started and then next time while withdrawing the drugs they are tappered much slowly.

My problem is going on for around 6 months. I went to a neurologist with problems of body ache, insomnia and anxiety. He suggested me meds like lonazep and test of vitamin B12 and vitamin D. I took these meds and got the tests done three months after when the problem came up again. In the tests my vit d came as low as 7 and b12 was borderline. I went to a physician who prescribed cap lumia, once a week, shelcal everyday for three months and Matilda forte for a month. Along with this I had heaviness/burning mild pain in the right side of my stomach you see the ribs which went till back. For this he got ultrasound done which had everything normal but there was a mild fatty liver. After s few days of this I got throat infection and fever for which I got antibiotics and got ok. Now the problem is that the burning pain which goes in between is still there but is mild though. I sprained my knee so am going to an ortho who says its a ligament injury. But also have popping sound coming from my joints, I still have anxiety and insomnia. And also some rashes have come on my body last week small bumps which are itchy. Could these be because of medicines? I even got an HIV test done which was non-reactive- And I feel really very low on energy and mood. I have been seeing different docs for sometime like I said, a neurologist, physician, and two different ortho and have gone through many tests. Have also lost 2.5 kgs of weight. Which I don't mind as I am over weight. What do you think could be the problem or is suggested?

Sleep problems, which can be defined as a sleeping pattern where the parents are unsatisfied, are one of the leading concerns of parents. Children should get a minimum nine hours of sleep so that their health and brain development can occur. Sleep problems can affect not only their health, but also their social and school life. Any interruption or abnormality in a child's sleeping patterns should be examined by a doctor and parents should make necessary efforts for knowing the actual causes of sleep interruption of their kids.

  8. If your kids are too very tired, then do not keep them awake forcibly; rather you should make them sleep immediately so that they can get a relaxed sleep at night.

If you are a diabetic with high cholestrol levels and smoking, you could have suffered from cerebral haemmorge due to uncontrolled sugars and blood pressure. Pl abstain from high fat high cholestrol high salt diet and smoking/alcoholism and exercise regularly. Everything will be fine in due course. Avoid stress as much as possible too.
