Is it safe to have sex in this pregnancy time.
Regards, Bablu Prasad Ram.
Your developing baby is protected by the amniotic fluid in your uterus, as well as the strong muscles of the uterus itself. Sexual activity won't affect your baby. So it is completely safe to sex during pregnancy. But during first trimester sometimes there is risk of miscarriage because of intercourse and excessive body movement so try to avoid sex during first trimester.

Hi there is any Best milk powder for breastfeeding mother to increase breast milk ?.

Certified Childbirth Educator, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

Milk production is increased by optimising breastfeeding management, rather than by using powders and supplements. If you have doubts about your supply, we can schedule a consultation to evaluate your baby's latch and your overall feeding routine.

If foreplay involved putting the finger inside vagina then following. Once sperm comes into direct contact with air, it is dry and dead and cannot travel to fertilize an egg. Sperm cannot come back to life once it has dried on the hand, even if it get wet. Even if some live sperms went inside the vagina through finger, they will not be able to fertilize egg as number of sperms needed to be deposited in the vagina are in the millions, out of which only one or two reach ovum or egg. So it is impossible to get pregnant with fingering unless they were still moist at the time you put the finger inside vagina, in the intention to keep it moist. If you do not want to get pregnant, then take i-pill asap within 5 days of that act. As from the story I can not make out whether semen was still wet when he introduced a finger. If there was no insertion of finger with semen then you can not get pregnant. Menses can be missed by hormonal changes also.

Hi Aparna. Depo- provera is progesterone hormone. It is given when there is a risky pregnancy. This hormone is already present in a pregnant woman. It stabilises the pregnancy and hence is not harmful. Whenever we expect that the pregnancy maybe having problems or when we anticipate that pregnancy mayn't continue we give progesterone. Hope this information helps you. All the best

I have pcod and had last period on 1 January 2017 so a week back started with Ayurvedic medicine (dashmolarisht, ashokarisht, rajahpravartani vati and string rasayan vati) from patanjali. Just took medicine for 7 days. Due to a small rupture in condom during intercourse should I take I-pill or just continue the Ayurvedic course and wait for medicine to show effects and get my periods.

Ayurveda Medicines takes a longer time to treat PCOS, so can't say whether they would be effective in inducing your periods, if you get pregnant. So we advise you to wait for your due date, post which if you miss your due date, you can do a Urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy and then take abortion pills if required. As taking ipill will not be useful and would unnecessarily interfere in your normal cycle by inducing a withdrawal bleeding.

I had sex on 1 November for the last time after that I had my normal periods on 17 November 7 days late. This month I have missed periods am I should go for test.

Do Urine Pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test.
