Few tips- I will suggest you to wash your eyes eight hourly and don't over exert your eyes by using mobile at night and keep the brightness of mobile and tv at low concentration and do eye exercise every alternate days

You need the help of a good physiotherapist to strengthen and stretch the muscles around your shoulder joint. This should help prevent the repeat dislocations. Sometimes, the tissue around your shoulder joint becomes lax due to the repetitive nature of the injury. This is normal for pregnancy. If troublesome, take calcium, perform light exercise. Don't take any drugs without consulting gynecologist.

Hi pain could be because of bony spurs in the heel. Get x-ray done. And wear heel cushions in the shoes, take ultrasound therapy and contrast bath in physiotherapy. It helps along with foot ankle ex's.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Don' t worry. Such discharge is normal for initial days of life due to maternal hormones effect on baby. If it persist or increase then refer your consult pediatrician.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Sweating after jogging is normal. If worried about heart get checked and have proofs. Do not go by hearsay of google which is generalized. Get ecg & halter check up done, blood tests for cbc, sugar & total lipid profile. If reports are normal, carry on with your life otherwise do get back here on forum.

Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly. Don’t sleep on a full stomach. Try to have an early dinner. Make sure there is a gap of 3 hours between your last meal and bed time. Wear loose-fitting clothes. Avoid certain known foods which cause acidity like, coffee, tea, colas, and citrus fruits, oily and spicy food. If your weight is high – losing a few kilos will reduce acidity too. Keep a gap of 2 hours between exercise and meals. Drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Try meditation and yoga to minimise daily stress.

The Anterior fontanelle (AF) is simply an area on top of a baby’s head where the various bony plates that make up the skull have not yet come together. The fact that a newborn’s skull isn’t one solid bone at birth, but rather comprised of several bony plates is not just useful, but necessary, as it allows a newborn’s head to adjust enough in size to pass through the birth canal and then allow the skull to expand as babies’ brains grow considerably throughout the first year.------------AF is generally between 3 to 6 centimeters diameter during the first 6 months of life, and gradually gets smaller thereafter—closing some time between the ages of 10 and 25 months old. Any babies who are born prematurely, however, may have their anterior fontanelles close even later. -------So your question is of little concern right now and nothing to worry about-----------------------

Kidney Stones: When Should You Get A Surgery?

Kidneys stones are a common condition. They are quite different from Gallstones which are formed in the Gall bladder. Gall stones are from bile concentration in the gall bladder. "Silent" Gallstones which are detected on an ultrasound done for another cause, can be left alone.

However, silent kidney stones should never be left alone. These can silently grow to a large size and cause kidney failure without the patient ever experiencing pain. Every patient of stone needs to be evaluated by blood tests, ultrasound and possibly CT-scan. Small stones 5 mm or less may pass out naturally, but should be monitored on Ultrasound to confirm clearance. Larger stones are cleared by a variety of Endoscopic Operations like Ureterorenorenoscopy, PCNL or ESWL. These need 1-2 days hospitalisation and have quick recovery. The stone removed should be analysed for contents so that appropriate preventive measure in diet and medicines can be started as soon as possible. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

To gain weight take more food more frequently.Use bigger plate.Take whole cream milk.Eat Banana 3-4pcs/day.Add ghee,butter,cream,cheese,honey,jelly,jam with foods.Take more dense fruits,vegetables.Use extra refined foods.Eat extra amount of protein to gain weight.Add extra fat in cooking.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Do regular exercise like weight lifting,push ups,sit ups and other muscle building exercise which will help to gain weight.You can use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take more nuts,seeds.Take quality sleep.These will be helpful.
