U have to take proper and regular treatment in homoeopathy. Some medicine as Berberis vulgaris 30 and sarsaparilla 200 has good result in such cases, and tell ur proper case history as u have any burning in urine or any type of pain if u have and drink plenty of water

Hi lybrate-user this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Bupropion can cause rise in blood pressure, so you need to monitor your bp. In higher doses or in those individuals who have history of fits, it can precipitate fits. Generally duration of treatment during first episode of depression is 6months but it can vary.

Hello physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by providing correct ergonomic and physiotherapeutic tips. Till then you can follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting and weight bearing activities. 4. Hello sir, my husband is 30 years old healthy lean person. I did his tests yesterday in which the cholesterol levels were high total cholesterol being in range of 299 ldl 77 triglycerides 800 vldl 160. Urine uric acid levels on little higher sides. He doesn't suffer from anything except planter fasciitis occasionally. He isn't on any medication. Normally I have all the dietary precautions at home. Does he need to start treatment immediately or we can give a try to exercise and dietary restrictions? Please reply Thanks

His cholesterol and triglycerides levels are pretty high. It could be familial, hopefully he doesn't drink much and smoke. Since you are already taking dietary precautions, he should be started on medications and daily exercise. The levels need to be repeated after 4 weeks to see response.

Hi, take, 4 marie biscuits with tea in d morning. * 4 sliced bread with 1 cup of milk in d breakfast. At 8.30 am. * 3 breads, with 1 small bowl of pulses, vegetables, salads, in lunch. * 4 marie biscuits with 1 cup of tea at 4.00 pm. * 3 breads, 1 bowel of vagetables, 1/2 bowl of pulses. * 1 cup of milk at bed time, finally. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Take homoeopathic medicines 1.Pulsatilla 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach for a week. 2.Berberis Aquifolium Q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Along with the medicines, also take the following self-care steps: *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. St your age your blood pressure is on thehigher side. It should be around 120/70 mg of hg. For tachycardia or papitation ou should consult a medical specialist.

I feel that my stamina is decreasing day by day, I don't know the reason behind it but it is true that I feel very lazy, I don't want to do anything now a days just want to sleep every time.

Dear, you can easily get stamina and good health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. Natural method of treatment of pimples 1.wrap the ice cube in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected area for few seconds, wait for few minute and repeat the process 2. Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply to pimples before going to bed 3.Apply some white tooth paste over the affected area before going to bed and in the morning wash your face with water 4.Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for few minutes rinse your face with lukewarm water and after drying it apply oil free moisturizer 5. Cut a fresh garlic clove into 2 pieces and rub the garlic in the pimple and leave it for 5 minutes before washing skin with lukewarm water repeat the treatment several times a day 6.Drink lot of water. Butter milk, coconut water. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables/fruits. Avoid processed/fried/spicy/junk food 7.Consult skin specialist for further advice.
