MD - Psychiatry, MBBS

There are various medicines available in allopathy for control of symptoms of parkinson disease. These are levo dopa, carbi dopa, amantadine, ropinirole, pramipexole, benzhexole etc. Kindly consult a neurologist who may treat her accordingly. Allopathy is the most scientific and reliable pathy to treat this illness.

1. Take balanced diet with proper combination of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Avoid diet high in saturated fats like red meat, whole milk, butter, cheese, cream, ice cream etc which hampers memory and concentration. Take complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread, brown rice, oat meal, high fiber cereals, lentils, whole beans etc. Avoid processed foods like pasta, potato etc 2. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits and drink green tea since they contain anti oxidants which enhance memory 3. Go for regular physical exercise like brisk walking, jogging, cycling etc for 30-45 minutes daily 4. Take some mental exercise like doing cross word puzzle, problem solving exercise, playing chess etc 5. Develop some new hobby and skill like learning music, dancing, playing new game etc 6. Take adequate rest. 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 7. Avoid alcoholic beverages, caffeinated drink, smoking and consumption of tobacco etc. 8. Develop healthy relationship with friends, relatives, family members for good emotional health 9. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, severe physical and mental exertion 10. My husband earns lesser than me and is even lesser educated than me. He is a genuine nice guy, caring and my best friend. Seeing my peers ,my cousin's husband earning more makes me feel insecure and bothers me a lot. How can I stop comparing my would be husband's success with my peers .How do I stop my brain from thinking that I might be compromising as I deserve a more successful man. My heart knows that this man is very good one too. But I am. Scared what if I am married to him and then I regret seeing all my peers rise high in lifestyle and in their career. This comparison is really bothering me. Please suggest.

Dear user life is not always bed of roses. As you knw life does not give us any thing for free, we Hv to do so many sacrifices n inreturm we get something. In this fast moving era you can always mint money but you will not find a genuine guy. In my opinion character of a person is more important rest once you married you both hv to struggle for your life style atleast you would b contented that your husband is loyal to u. Rest you must ask your heart what it wants. Coz for someone money is priority n for some person his nature. Thnx.

Good Morning ~ I am sorry to hear about your problem with epilepsy and I certainly believe that you can control your problem with the use of medications. It is not unusual for caregivers to feel some amount of burnout while taking care of themselves and their loved ones. Some amount of counseling or talk therapy and medications in combination may be needed and a thorough evaluation is called for. I will certainly help with your issues if you can book an appointment with the undersigned.

Is intoxication or nasha is harmful in pin point calcification right high parietal region related to brain as I had done my CT scan.

BHMS
Homeopath, Kolkata
Intoxication is harmful for any condition. Normally calcification occurs due to any injury or inflammation of the part. So it needs more blood supply for proper healing. But due to intoxication, blood supply also becomes less.

Hi, I am asking this question for my mother she have a regular migraine problem. Does it have a complete solution? What is the main causes of it?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, the common causes of migraine are: hormonal changes in women. Fluctuations in estrogen seem to trigger headaches in many women with known migraines. Foods. Aged cheeses, salty foods and processed foods may trigger migraines. Food additives. Drinks. Stress. Sensory stimuli. Changes in wake-sleep pattern physical factors. Changes in the environment. A change of weather or barometric pressure can prompt a migraine. Medications. Oral contraceptives and vasodilators, such as nitroglycerin, can aggravate migraines. Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: take bakson's mig-aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.
