Back pain and cough may be related to your eating pipe disorder. Assess whether you have burning in stomach, belching, choking sensation in chest while eating. If yes, then first and foremost you should avoid painkillers.

I am taking Himalaya Septilin for last 1 month to improve immunity against frequent sinusitis, tonsillitis and throat infection. However, in case of viral fever which comes along with throat infection. Can paracetamol be taken along side Septilin?

ENT Specialist, Delhi
I am taking Himalaya Septilin for last 1 month to improve immunity against frequent sinusitis, tonsillitis and throat...
Ok. So let me give you a very clear answer to your query. Septilin is a herbal medicine and paracetamol is an allopathy medicine. Neither an ayurvedic doctor can tell you for any side effect of taking paracetamol with septilin nor we allopathic doctors can give you any assurance for the same combo. Both are different and works on their own mechanism. Hope this will help you in coming out of your dilemma. Tc.

Good. Visa terms differ from gulf and west. Occasionally relapse occurs when the patient has reduced immunity due to diabetes or cancer etc.

Tuberculosis is a disease which can make a patient really weak and underweight. During that condition if the patient becomes pregnant, then its a really tough time for patient and growing fetus in womb. I suggest you to advice her to be in treatment of tb specialist as well as obstetrician regularly so that the case is manged well.
