Take pranacharya kasantak syrup 2-2 tsf in hot water twice a day...Take sitopaladi..praval and tankan bhasm churna with honey 3-4 times a day...take ginger black pepper and basil leaves tea.. ..gargle with hot water(salted) avoid milk...cold drinks....take hot water steam.......

Hello, being diabetic (even with normal sugar values) predisposes you to multiple conditions like shoulder degenerative tendinopathy, frozen shoulder which causes arm and shoulder pain. It would be better if it is evaluated furthur by proper examination and any investigation if required. Generalized body pain can be due to multiple causes most common being decreased bone strength (osteoporosis). It also requires furthur evaluation.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and get your blood checked for cbc and revert with reports.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule

Due to fever Additional common causes abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise, stress, depression, nutritional deficiencies like multi minerals and vitamin deficiency side effect of medicines may be because of some disease like thyroid problem, diabetes, fibromyalgia etc kindly follow advice given below 1. measure your temperature 2. avoid mental or physical exertion 3. regular meditation practice 4. warm bath can help consult physician for further management

Natural fruit juices are as healthy as fruits. But always avoid sweetened and artificial flavoured fruit juices available in the market as these can cause weight gain and even diabetes in the long run. Fruit as such is best because it also provides much needed fibre content in the diet which helps with digestion and proper evacuation of the bowel.

Consult with a gynecologist. If there is nothing internal than started little exercise to give strength to your body. Hello, Body pain may be due to 1. fever 2. abrupt start or stop of exercise 3. Any other medical disease like Anaemia/ Hypoproteinemia/ Thyroid problem 4. Vit D deficiency 5. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
