Hello sir /madam, I am still studying. I am suffering with lack of memory loss ,if I will read or I listen the class ,I am going to forgot after sometime.in some websites telling that ,fish oils is better to use for memory management. Is it correct? If I use fish oil what will happen, it is better to use or not? Please help me ,if I use this it is going to help me or not?

Yes sea fish oil is better for memory,,u need to do regular exercise or jogging which will increase the blood flow to brain and brain will get more oxygen,,do deep breathing exercises it will increase oxygen in ur blood stream,,have oyster and protein in ur diet,,do some meditation to improve ur memory,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem permanently

Hello, you can take: 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 650 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get your bp checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before and with meals. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy. Take small and frequent meals. 1. Make sure to chew your food properly, and avoid drinking water intermittently while eating.

2. Eat less of fatty, oily, greasy foods and meat. Restrict tea, coffee and sweet food stuff including sweetened carbonated beverages or packaged juices.

3. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily unless advised by your physician otherwise

4. Exercise daily for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Brisk walking outside in fresh air is the best and safest exercise unless you have joint issues or other health problems that prohibit you from doing so.

5. Abdominal massage, daily, either by you yourself or by a trained masseur helps not only in toning the abdominal muscles but also facilitate intestinal peristalsis thereby aiding empty bowels.
