Try to sleep on a hard bed. Use a pillow with minimum thickness in your home. Perform Yoga and some exercises (partial crunches, hyperextensions etc.) to make your abs and back muscles stronger under proper supervision.

I am suffering from pain in my elbow of right arm in elbow joint from 1 month due to pick the high weight from this arm?

I am suffering from pain in my elbow of right arm in elbow joint from 1 month due to pick the high weight from this arm?
Mostly pain in elbow is due to strained or inflamed soft tissues like tendon. There are many other reasons why pain in elbow occurs so to rule out the exact cause you need to go for proper investigation. Pain in elbow is common complain of players or housewives. After looking to your pain I would recommed you for some care that you can take at home. If possible visit some physio who can give you several mdalities like US, IFT etc to cure the pain. Along with it we have a special program designed in case of elbow pain (tennis or golfer’s elbow) like PNF, Hold Relax etc just to get relief from pain. Precautions: 1. Avoid weight lifting. 2. Avoid doing twisting moments like supination-pronation which usally is done while playing badmitton or while washing clothes. 3. Give rest to your work for some days. 4. Wear forearm band to rest your muscles. 5. Avoid bending your elbow into positions that cause the symptoms. Treatment: 1. Give rest to your elbow. If severe pain you can use sling to avoid gravity pressure. 2. Ice and hot pack combo. Apply ice for 3 min and then hot for 2 min. There is very good result of both applications together. After 3 days of taking contrast therapy you can make the ice and hot ratio as 1: 1 mean one min cold and then one min hot. Start with hot pack and ends with cold. Take it for 15-18 min thrice a day for early recovery. Please make sure it should not be too hot or too cold. 3. Massage using your 2 fingers over the painful area. 4. Exercises: Start the exercise once your pain is decreased atleast 50-60% A) Palm lifting B) Elbow up and down in gravity eliminated position C) Strengthening of elbow muscles. For any query please contact me right away. Good Luck and Get Well soon.

Dear, low back pain are often referred for physical therapy for four weeks as an initial conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems. Common forms of physical therapy include: 1.Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. OSee Physical Therapy: Passive PT (Modalities) for Back Pain 2.Active physical therapy, which focuses on specific exercises and stretching. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy program. This article focuses on active physical therapy and exercise as a means to help recover from back problems and prevent or minimize future flare-ups of low back pain Low back pain has lasted between two and six weeks, or if there are frequent recurrences of low back pain, physical therapy is often recommended. Some spine specialists consider physical therapy sooner, particularly if the pain is severe. •Read more: Exercise and Back Pain In general, the goals of physical therapy are to decrease pain, increase function, and provide education on a maintenance program to prevent further recurrences. A physical therapy program for back pain usually has two components: 1.Passive physical therapy to help reduce the patient's pain to a more manageable level 2.Active exercises Passive Physical Therapy - Modalities Acutely, the physical therapist may focus on decreasing pain with passive physical therapy (modalities). Can't say - but definitely it is related to his mental state. Have him occupied with whatever he loves to do . Ask him to ignore the jerk and accept it as any seasonal problem. If he can wear a knee cap for support , it may help him be distracted from his knee

If your back pain is getting worse day by day, you may need surgery. However, before that try doing Yoga. Learn it from an expert. Also lower back massage therapy if possible can be included. Try this for at least 6 to 10 months, and if it helps, you could avoid a surgery.

Dear sir. My son had muscular dystrophy diseases since 12 years. Doctors are advised no medication.
Hello sir, no treatment is currently available to stop or reverse any form of muscular dystrophy (md). Instead, certain therapies and medications aim to treat the various problems that result from md and improve the quality of life for patients. These include the following -physical therapy -respiratory therapy -speech therapy -occupational therapy -corrective surgery -drug therapy: his doctor may recommend: corticosteroids, such as prednisone, which can help improve muscle strength and delay the progression of certain types of muscular dystrophy. But prolonged use of these types of drugs can cause weight gain and weaken bones, increasing fracture risk. Heart medications, such as angiotensin-converting enzyme (ace) inhibitors or beta blockers, if muscular dystrophy damages the heart.
