We cannot make twins and it comes by chance and is not manmade. If the seemn count and your tubes are normal you will get pregnant in due course and do sex daily.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. During pregnancy it is absolutely essential to maintain blood glucose levels between 90 to 120 mg through out the day. That will help in proper development of the fetus and will also help normal outcome of the pregnancy. As regards the brown discharge, it is better to contact your obstetrician and follow his/her advise. Thanks.

This leads to the growth of ovarian cysts (benign masses on the ovaries). PCOS can affect a women’s menstrual cycle, fertility, cardiac function, and appearance. It will also help you lose weight. Eating well, staying active, and maintaining a healthy weight (or losing even a small amount of weight if you’re overweight) can improve PCOS symptoms. Green, leafy vegetables Non–starchy fresh vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and carrots. Fruit like cherries, plums, pears, apples, dried apricots, grapes, coconut, coconut milk, kiwi fruit, orange juice, prunes will be helpful. Avoid more sugary and carbohydrate foods, fast-food, preservatives containing packed foods, alcohol and coffee. Helo lybrate-user, your symptoms are quite normal. Breast tenderness and during early pregnancy and periods are normal symptoms of body hormonal changes. There is nothing to worry.
