Hi, Take tab. Swasakuthara Ras 1 tab 3-4 times a day and Bresol syrup 2 tsf 3 -5 times per day and Swasatone Lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by a glass of milk. Avoid sweets, oil fried food, cold and refrigerated food, bakery food and chats. Keep your body well covered with warm clothing.

Common causes are- enteritis , constipation Antispasmodic medication might be helpful. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Isabgol husk in warm milk in the night. Hope this helps u

I am going gym want my body heard and healthy can you tell me about some best body gainer or protein.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello, I am giving you general health advices for proper digestion: 1. Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 3. Moderate physical activity regularly 4. Avoid excessive tea, coffee 5. Do not postpone breakfast 6. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 7. Take home made light food like moong dal, dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Kindly consult physician for further management.

Have your meals regularly. Avoid heavy foods, stop nonveg. If you are consuming. Have early dinner by 7 pm & go to sleep after 3.5 hrs of your dinner ie till food is digested. Take triphala powder 1 tsp at bedtime with a glass of water. It should help you.

It may be tempting to eat fast food, but greasy foods are among the worst culprits for hair loss. If you have a craving for a burger and fries, your best bet is to cook the burger yourself and dice, season and bake some potato wedges (leaving the skins on) to go along with it. Try to limit your intake of excessively cold, spicy and sugary foods as well. These can tax your body, and when your body?s fighting something unhealthy, it?s not functioning at its peak level.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Since hearing a few days ago the news that my friend's father died of heart attack, I'm becoming very confused and anxious whether I would get the same in future even though I'm underweight. Whenever I put on a little weight, I'm becoming very anxious and in the consequence, my weight is reduced gradually. My mind forces me to get anxious and confused day in and day out , only then you won't gain weight and heart problem. So pls tell me whether we should not lose our weight with anxiety. lybrate-user. .5 whole eggs r not good. Instead take one whole egg and 2-3 egg white only. Eggs r digested only if you r doing heavy gym.
