For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any pathology.

avoid constipation. avoid straining on stool. increase fiber diet. take green vegetables. take tab pilex one tab 3 times a day for 3 weeks. use anovate cream on anus. if not ok consult surgeon for detail check up.

Mr. Lybrate-user. I think you are suffering from anal fissure. Improve your eating habits eat full three meals, plenty of fluids, sit in warm water and take some stool softener. I hope you will improve.

If it is not giving you trouble and there is no constipation then why bother. Keep your stools soft by laxatives.

1. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool. 2.Sit in a bath tub containing warm water with little salt for some time twice daily (sitz bath). 3.Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/Naturolax powder with a glass of warm water/milk in the evening or syrup Duphalac 3 Tsf (15 ml) twice daily if there is constipation .4.Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 5. If no relief consult a general surgeon for Sclero therapy/Rubber band ligation/laser or electric coagulation/surgery.

Hi, take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest. Take madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea. Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

My wife has food allergy septum many of things when she eat etching starts and some times acidity starts after that khasi starts, she can not take proper meals frout juices etc please suggest treatment.

You have to specify your problem. Like which kind of food causes allergy? I suggest that your wife should stay away from such kind of food which causes allergic reaction. (mostly eggs, chicken, meat, fish, additives in food causes allergy.) also when such reactions occur you have to contact doctor immediately or go to the hospital immediately, because it may b the fatal reaction

Home Remedy- 1-Mixing two teaspoonfuls of ghee in a glassfull of milk and taking this once a day acts as a liner inside the gut and will heal all the destruction caused by the high flow of Pitta. Treatment- 1-Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 2-Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. 3-Take avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. 4-Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water. Eating a healthy diet that is low in fat, with no more than 30 grams of fat per day eating foods that are high in protein and carbohydrates, but low in fat. Eat smaller meals, and eat more often. Your provider will help make sure you are getting enough calories to not lose weight. Quitting smoking, if you smoke (or chewing tobacco) losing weight, if you are overweight.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.
