I am a 27 years old female. I have back pain (sit area) since last 2 years. Pain increase even sit on chair for half an hour. It is not tolerable. Yes. I suffering by neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

You need proper talk with me. Take Ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi and cow ghee twice a day. Take Myostal tabs. .2+2+2. Apply Myostal oil twice a day on. Paining parts of the body. Continue this for a month. You can call me via Lybrate after a month.

One of the main causes of foot pain is wearing shoes that do not fit properly. You can also develop foot pain if you are injured during high-impact exercise or sport activities, such as jogging or intense aerobics. Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. Surya namaskar is also best asan in back pain. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly . *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. * If you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. Your symptoms is related to jaundice, it may be due to liver infection so consult your nearest doctor or you may consult with us, do not delay for comsultation and taking medicien. For time being till consultation advise to take liquid diet and sugarcane juice, avoid oily and spicy items. You may add Liv-52 syrup 10 ml thrice in a day.

Long sitting increase pressure on spine disc avoid continue sitting in one posture change in every half an hour. Do back strengthening exercises. Study table and chair should be in right height. Chair maintain your back posture with support.

Hi, Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15 min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Hello lybrate-user, as you have mentioned that you are having dry skin. Please inform is there any specific season when you feel your skin is more dry. Dry skin can be an early sign of pre psoriasis and should be managed properly. To start with coconut oil is best remedy for dry skin to be applied after taking bath.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do stretching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you don't get relief see a physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Take rest for few days. You may sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

It's not possible to feel stretch in nerves. May be your muscles are stretched. Do regular exercises. Drink water regularly. Eat 2 egg whites at least twice daily.
