Dont use computer continuously for more than 5 minutes.There should be proper light in the area where you are using your mobile and most important dont use with low battery.The bright light of the screen gets more focused on our eyes and this causes dryness of the eyes and thus causing weakness of vision and eye and head pain. Hello, Homeopathic remedies for asthma are very effective and can cure asthma permanently . Hi, You have to have an eye exam to make sure your eyes are normal and don't have any no. If you do have a small no. It can be incorporated in the glasses which will reduce eye strain for computer work. You can take photo chromatic glasses which will act as sunglasses in the sun. Also go for the anti-reflective coating which help reduce the glare at night.

By when you already must have over eaten. To manage this, you must have a plate of salad and a bowl of soup first , and after a gap of 10 – 15 minutes you should consume your main meals. This way you can save yourself from in taking extra calories. Having salads and soups have extra benefit of consuming a lot of fiber which is helpful for weight loss. • A lot of Indians are confused about the right time to consume water during a meal. Some believe have a glass or two of water before meal will help in curbing the appetite, which is not entirely true. Water will easily pass out to your intestine and you would immediately feel hungry. Water should be consumed in between the meal. This helps in better digestion and bolus formation. People who drink water with their meal face less problems of acidity, constipation or indigestion. • Go low on carbs and increase your protein intake. As mentioned above, have a bowl of yogurt / curd, skimmed milk and paneer (cottage cheese). • Increase your fluid intake. Have a lot of soups, fruit juices (without adding sugar), coconut water, buttermilk, milk, and plain water. Consuming fruits with a lot of water content like water melons are of help too. • Change your cooking methods. Give up on deep frying and use microwave or air fryer, replace frying with grilling and steaming or cook in microwave. These would help in cutting down on a lot of calories. • Understand the reason behind your weight. If your weight is attributed due to hormonal issues, diet alone cannot help you in weight loss. You will need to take medical support as well. If sedentary lifestyle is the reason behind your weight, exercising will be equally important as is dieting.

The puffiness can be a sign of kidney disease but the swelling you have is not clear . Need checkup

could be because of many reasons but commonly it is due to allergy or infection. You need to visit eye specialist to differentiate between the two as the treatment is different. Also get your eyes checked for any glass power

To get relief from migraine- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. * practice sarwangasan and shirshasan under the guidance of yoga expert. * sit with the gyan mudra in hands. * take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 tea spoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning. * if the headache is very severe & untolerable then you can take a tablet of paracetamol or ibuprofen. * you can take 2 teaspoon of shankhpushpi syrup in the morning.

Hi, eye exercises include yoga exercises which you have to do regularly. Start up with pranayam (breathing exercises) *tratak is the exercise for eyesight, this can be learned from yoga instructor or you can do as follows madhya tratak-in this you have to concentrate over any long distance stable object for 5-10 mins jyoti tratak-in this you have to keep a candle in level of your eyesight at 5 feet distance and cocentrate over the ignited flame for 5 to 10 mins diet includes eating green leafy vegetables and fruits. Include carrot and beetroot daily in take following medicines *duboisia 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day *iodum 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day.

I am 30 yr old women.3 months back i under-go thin flab lasik treatment of eyes to remove spectacles.In one eye 0.5 no still remains.Will it be like this only or it can be removed through some exercise or medicine?

The eyes continue to get further remodelled for about six months or even upto one year. You may wait and see for improvement. Even a repeat LASIK can be done, provided there is enough residual bed in cornea, and on how much was the original power corrected. Actually, 0.5 spherical power is hardly noticeable, you may even ignore this and it will not affect most types of lifestyles.

Hello. There is no natural way to get rid of glasses. You have two options. One is contact lenses and other is lasik. Lasik is simple and safe surgery. Consult refractive surgeon around and doctor will don few tests and based on those tests lasik will be done.

Hello glasses have nothing to do with your sleep or your dry lips. Eat healthy food, drink plenty of water and relieve urself of stress.

Not possible to remove without laser. But there are likely chanches that your no will increase further. You can use contact lenses if you want after 18 years of age.

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.

You may be maintaining your body hygiene very well but it is eye hygiene that tends to get compromised. Regular, repeated boils on the eye are due to multiple reasons. Let me enumerate them in brief fir you: (1) improper eye hygiene. (2) change in the refractive error (power) of the eye glasses. (3) systemic ailments such as diabetes, etc (4) very rarely tumor of the eye. If you have undergone a thorough assessment by an eye specialist, I a sure that the other reasons must have been checked for. Thus, it wold be better to maintain good eye hygiene using the following tips: don't take your eyes for granted! 1. Eat for good vision 2. Quit smoking 3. Wear sunglasses / helmets to shield your eyes from dust, sunlight, pollution 4. Wash your eyes 3-4 times a day 5. Look away from the computer screen at regular intervals 6. Avoid rubbing your eyes with fingers/ cloth/ shirt/ dupatta, etc.
