sir i want to ask the question that wat is the reason behind falling of hairs in 90% young generation people

sir i want to ask the question that wat is the reason behind falling of hairs in 90% young generation people
The causes includes:- 1. Hereditary hair loss This is the most common cause of hair loss This is an inherited condition in which you have certain genes which makes your hair susceptible to hair loss This gene can be inherited from either your mother or father's side of the family, though you're more likely to have it if both of your parents had hair loss. 2. Telogen effluvium Telogen effluvium is a phenomenon that occurs due to emotional or physiological stress such as eating disorders, fever, childbirth, chronic illness, major surgery, anemia, severe emotional disorders, crash diets, hypothyroidism, and drugs. 3. Alopecia areata (AA) is a condition in which hair is lost from some or all areas of the body, usually from the scalp. Because it causes bald spots on the scalp, especially in the first stages, it is sometimes called spot baldness. 4. Skin Conditions on your Scalp An unhealthy scalp can cause inflammation that makes it problematic for hair to grow. Skin conditions that lead to hair loss include dandruff, psoriasis, and fungal infections such as ringworm. 5. Hypothyroidism Millions of people, most of them women, suffer from thyroid disease. When your body produces too little thyroid hormone; the hormone responsible for metabolism, heart rate, and mood, you are said to have hypothyroidism, or an UNDERACTIVE thyroid. Too much shampooing, styling, and dyeing can harm your tresses. Heat and chemicals weaken the hair, causing it to break and fall out. 6. Lupus Lupus is a chronic auto-immune disease in which the body’s own immune system attacks healthy tissues. The condition mostly affects women during their childbearing years.

12 Causes Of Hair Fall And Its Homeopathic Remedies!

Hairfall is a condition, which is also known as Alopecia and is known to include the aspect of thinning of hair as well. Genetics and hormones play a vital role in hairfall in both women and men. Few other factors are also responsible for hairfall. The hair growth consists of 3 phases.

  1. The anagen phase-active phase in hair growth. This phase lasts for 2-7 yrs.
  2. The second phase - catagen phase. This phase immediately follows the anagen phase. It lasts for around 10- 14 days and the hair stops getting blood supply and this leads the hair to become dead.
  3. The last phase is telogen phase. It is a resting phase.

The entire cycle is repeated after the last stage and it continues. Every single hair undergoes this process.

Causes/ factors to hair loss

  1. Genetic factors
  2. Skin diseases such as fungal infection, seborrhea (dandruff), tinea capitis ,eczema of scalp and lichen planus etc.
  3. Nutritional deficiencies like iron (leading to anemia) and protein
  4. Hormonal changes after childbirth, during menopause

  12. Trichotillomania, -a mental disorder of the affected person voluntarily pulls out his / her scalp hair

Lustrous, beautiful and healthy hair is a result of a healthy body and a healthy diet Foods high in protein are soy, tofu, dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts, oilseeds, beans and pulses. Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.  3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair. Follow the diet plan given below as a starting point for healthy and lustrous hair. Breakfast  Skim milk / soy milk Whole grain bread or toast or poha or breakfast cereal or sprout Bowl of fresh fruit Morning snack Fresh vegetable juice like carrot or cucumber juice Handful of nuts like walnuts, soaked almonds, raisins, dates Lunch Fresh veg. Soup or salad  Whole-wheat flour or jowar or bajra chapatti Green veggies  Dals or whole pulses Brown rice Curd / tofu Afternoon snack 1 glass skim milk  Kurmura or roasted channa or popcorn Evening snack Fresh veggies and fruit juice (carrot, apple, lemon, dudhi, palak) Dinner  Fresh veggie soup or salad with sprouts Chapati Vegetable Buttermilk Bedtime snack  Fruit like watermelon or banana  Use natural substitutes like fruits, dates, figs or honey instead of sugar. Fruits like berries, grapes, apples and cherries have useful enzymes that can add value to your hair health

Hello sir my age is 23 my hair loss is very high please suggest how to check my dht level.

MBBS, DPD-Cardiff (U.K)

Hello sir my age is 23 my hair loss is very high please suggest how to check my dht level.
Hair loss from the hairline or crown can occur due to many reasons, more commonly due to- - hormonal effect - nutrition - lifestyle imbalance - stress - Medical conditions, fever The exact reason can be found out by taking detailed history and hair analysis. Accordingly, anti hairloss medicines, hair specific multivitamins, lotions and gels are prescribed. Many non surgical external treatments are available that show good results and can prevent hair transplant. These are: Mesoporation with hair peptides Stemcell, Dermaroller PRP therapy etc. Treatments are prescribed according to diagnosis. You can expect results in 6 to 8 months with a combination of these treatments.

I am having hair fall from last two years and feeling very disappointing. Help me is there any treatment.
Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs.

I have dark circles around my eyes and my eyes feel strained though I sleep soundly. Neither I use mobile or watch TV for long hours. What possibly might be the reason?

Contrary to popular belief, dark circles are more than just the result of being tired. The truth is the blue or green tone seen is actually the blood passing through the veins located just below the surface of the skin. If the skin around the eyes is extremely thin, as can occur progressively with age, and/or blood vessels are extremely close to the skin's surface, this can also give the appearance of darkness because blood becomes visible through translucent skin. As you age, skin loses its elasticity and ability to regenerate, which makes the appearance of dark circles more prominent regardless of beauty sleep. Genetic predisposition to thinner skin below the eyes can also contribute to the presence of dark circles. Cortisone, allergic reactions to cosmetics, tobacco smoke, and air pollution are known to trigger dark circles and bags under your eyes.

Using Dot silicone gel or toical retinoid cream (Retin A cream) is good to remove this pores. You can also go for masks. Pappaya masks are good for this. You can use this twice weekly. Also avoid sun exposure on face or use sunscreen. Taking vitamin E and C supplements , drinking more plain water also helps in regeneration of skin faster.
