This appears to be viral fever(rash with fever).Take to a paediatrician get thoroughly investigated and follow the necessary instructions advised by the Doctor.

My Baby is 15 days old, he do stool 7 to 8 times a day. Some times it goes more then 8 times. Should we need to give any medicine. He discharge gas.

This is normal in a baby of 15 days old if the baby is active and gaining weight properly. Other wise go for a stool test and give the necessary treatment accordingly.

Vomiting could be just like that either due to crying after vaccine or could be due to combiflam.In either case just neglect it is only temporary.
