Improved blood circulation promotes the circulation of antibodies and white blood cells that are responsible for fighting infections. 5. Practice Stress Management: Reduce stress, particularly during flu season. When your body is under constant stress, you’re more vulnerable to everything from the common cold to major diseases. Long term chronic stress weakens the response of the immune system. Do breathing exercises, yoga or simply things you enjoy to help boost immunity, and relieve tension. Treat yourself to a massage, take a bath with Epsom salts or catch up with an old friend over a green smoothie! 6. Listen to Your Body: Consider whether the foods you are consuming are benefiting your body and mind. Are they nourishing you, or do they make you feel more tired? Consider ways in which food affects you, such as how it makes you feel mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Start to tune into your body at meal time.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself

Hi, sweating is a natural process of the body to remove toxins and maintain the temperature of the body. Incase you are overweight the exertion could lead to excessive sweating. However with weight-loss it should come down. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journery. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have atleast one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea atleast once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits atleast twice a day 14. Drink water if you feel you are hungry to check if its hunger or thirst. 15. Lastly, keep a positive attitude and visualize yourself thin.

Hi, I think you are having'frey syndrome' it is a condition in which itching and redness develops on the cheek after eating certain foodstuffs like spicy food, tomatoes, flavoured snacks, candies, lollipops, tangy or sour foods. It is generally considered harmless and not an allergy as such, but there is no real effective treatment. Try to avoid those foodstuffs if possible.

Deep condition every alternate week. Use a deep conditioner that contains protein at least twice a month to strengthen hair. Hot oil treatment with olive oil to intensely moisten the hair follicles is also very effective to stop hair fall.

People who say have no time for exercise will have to soon find time for illness. Morning wake up 30 min early than usual time. Walk for 20 min at least. Give some kind of work to the body. Keep sipping water,include veggies in every meal possible.Cut on sugar,refined foods and junk. When on phone walk and talk,use steps wherever possible. First make up your mind then definitely no one can stop from being fit and healthy

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. Hi,Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1.
