For night fall, as this is not a disease. It is normal to male. To prevent it we should do masturbation 7-10 days interval. Take homeo medicine tab. Silicia 4 tds and thuja q drops 4 drops tds. For one month. Avoid tension. Donot eat heavy meal. Brisk walking.

5 Common Symptoms of Bipolar Disorder!

Bipolar disorder is a condition where the patient may go through certain periods of extreme happiness and joy which is known as mania. On the other hand, there may be other periods where the patient may be extremely sad and depressed and even suicidal.

In some individuals, these phases may last quite long whereas, in others, they may change very quickly. However, there are certain common symptoms displayed by patients with bipolar disorder. Let's look at a few of them.

  • Feeling extremely happy, to the point of being careless - Certain patients, at the onset of bipolar disorder, will feel extremely happy and have their sense of judgment hampered. When patients feel very elated without proper context, or for very small reasons, it could be an indication that the person is experiencing mania.
  • Feeling extremely depressed - Similarly, on the other end of the spectrum, if a person feels extremely depressed without an appropriate reason, it may be due to bipolar disorder. Also, the severity of depression and the length of time for which a person experiences it is also an indicator of the condition.
  • Lack of interest in activities which formerly interested you - You may suddenly lose interest in an activity that genuinely interested you earlier. This may include your profession or hobbies.
  • Loss of appetite during the depression phases - During the phases of depression or sadness, which may sometimes last for months, a person may rapidly lose weight due to lack of interest in food. Even for patients who have shorter cycles of changes lasting for only a few weeks, this will be noticeable.
  • Extreme restlessness and lack of sleep during the manic phases - When the person enters a manic or happy cycle, it may trigger over enthusiasm, restlessness and lack of sleep. This, like the depression phase, will also vary from patient to patient and may continue for the entire duration of the phase. A jump from a depression cycle into this phase will be definitely noticed by others.


If a few of these symptoms are detected, then the patient should be taken to a mental health professional for appropriate treatment as soon as possible. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychiatrist.

yes its absolutely right. azifast being a antibiotic can cause vomiting in few patients due to increasing the acidity of the stomach. ocid is given to decrease this acid production and relieve you of the symptoms

You maybe suffering from generalised anxiety disorder which can mimic other diseases. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. So consciously breathing deeply, plus increasing the duration and depth of breathing helps relax the body and mind to a great extent. 7. Meditate. Meditation has so many positive effects on stress, mood, and anxiety. Club meditation with positive thinking to improve your general well-being and overall health. Yoga is also very effective to take off stress from the body and mind by deep relaxation and breathing techniques. 8. Chill and be silent. Reduce the noise and clutter talk that contributes to anxiety. Find time for yourself and be alone to muse upon your own matters without anyone disturbing you. 9. Worry. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings.

May be you are over doing it -both exercise and wrong food as supplements. Get proper guidance from an educated trainer. For heart get only basic tests done-ecg, echo, stress test, blood tests for sugar and total lipids. Get bp checked also. Get back here with reports & remember no steroids for bodybuilding.

Tongue has rough surface, numerous cryptolyphatic units; in simple language it's surface is just like a road with numerous pot holes, it has tendency towards holding particles of food materials and other saliva derived stuff, which decomposes with time if not cleaned and cause foul smell also. You just need to maintain good oral hygiene for it, brush your tongue twice just like you brush your teeth twice. Dear lybrateuser, -Soyabeans must be cooked before they are consumed, they can be used as wadi/chunks -you can have 3-5 servings of soy , 1 serving is roughly equal to 1 cup of soy milk or half cup of soyabeans, can use with each meal.

Yes drinking liquid will help. have fruit juices, coconut water. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods. Eat homemade food include seasonal fruits, complex carbs like Dalia, Khichdi, oats and whole wheat bread etc. Eat small and frequent meals. Eat all your meals on time. Take any Tablet Multivitamin once a day. Take a light and early dinner. Respected doctors ,I was exposed to HIV 47 days back .After 24 hours I started truvada. Took nly two pills (day 2&3) and then discontinued due to severe side effects .After 15 days my PCR RNA and duo test came negative. As I took truvada I thought it would take more time for the virus to show up in blood so I wasn't convinced with 15th day test results. On 28th day western blot test negative. On 30th day I developed severe sore throat ,red dots on arms and shoulder ,nausea and giddiness and mouth ulcers. On 36th day PCR DNA negative. On 45th day I have watery stools ,is this related to HIV? Thanking you with best regards.

If all HIV PCR is negative, nothing to worry about HIV. But, pl. Also get tested for Hepatitis-B. Take Hep-B vaccine. If you are getting unnecessarily tested its madness and called psychiatric disorder termed as HIV-Phobia or Venerophobia. Symptoms you have Are not related to HIV. Diarrhea may be just a bacilliary infection. You do not need testing you need Consultation and sittings of counseling.
