Does Homeopathy Offer a Permanent Solution for PCOS?

Does Homeopathy Offer a Permanent Solution for PCOS?

Why you must opt for a homeopathic treatment for PCOS

PCOS or polycystic ovarian syndrome is a hormonal disorder that is very common among women, in their reproductive age. It is the condition in which cysts are formed in the ovary of the affected woman and/or the levels of the male hormone called androgen increases in her body.

As a result of these, she faces a variety of symptoms like late or no periods, heavy menstrual bleeding, the growth of facial hair, unintended weight gain, acne and pain in the pelvic region. It is also associated with problems related to conception and pregnancy in more complex conditions.

While the complete cure of PCOS is a time-consuming process since it demands thorough observation regarding the change of symptoms in the patient over a period of time; and the course of treatment follows these observations.

Although PCOS and its symptoms can be treated using conventional drugs, use of homeopathic medications is better to treat this condition for the following reasons.

Treatment addressing the root-cause

Using homeopathy for PCOS is a good idea because it offers permanent treatment for the condition. Homeopathy treats and cures the root cause of the condition rather than focussing on the external factors that cause the disease. Therefore, the treatment offered by homeopathy is more reliable. For example, the medicines prescribed for an interrupted period is different from the medicines prescribed for profuse bleeding.

No side effects

Homeopathic treatment is based on the belief that the human body was meant to remain disease free always. So it never tries to make use of drugs that can disturb the body's ability to function naturally. All that homeopathic medications do is to restore the vitality of the body so that it can find its way out of the disease all by itself. This kind of a treatment ensures that there are no side-effects whatsoever of homeopathic medicines.

On the reverse side of the spectrum, an overactive thyroid gland can cause diarrhea or more frequent bowel movements, which is why they're symptoms of hyperthyroidism. Longer menstrual periods with a heavier flow and more cramps can be a sign of hypothyroidism, where thyroid hormones are in short supply. Women with PCOS usually have a history of irregular periods. In addition to causing infertility, PCOS can increase the risk of diabetes and heart disease. Other illnesses. Thyroid disorders can cause irregular periods if blood levels of the thyroid hormone go too low or too high. Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism during pregnancy can lead to serious health problems in the mother and the unborn baby. During pregnancy, mild hyperthyroidism does not require treatment. More severe hyperthyroidism is treated with antithyroid medications, which act by interfering with thyroid hormone production. As a result, the normal thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) level during pregnancy is lower than the normal nonpregnancy level. The new recommendations for TSH levels during pregnancy are the following: First trimester: less than 2.5 with a range of 0.1-2.5. Second trimester: 0.2-3.0.

Hi. 6 years of an oral contraceptive pills can damage your health in different ways. First please go for a well woman check up. Secondly, confirm if your husband's semen parameters and sexual function are normal. Thirdly, check your tubes by going for a hysterosalphingogram. If all these are okay but you still haven't conceived, you can resort to IUI. Best wishes.

The labour pains are very typical. They start from the back and come into lower part of abdomen and vagina. You may have leaking of fluid or bleeding per vaginum associated with pain. This means that you are in labour. The pains tend to increase in frequency and intensity with passage of time. Your time can come anytime. All the best.

Hi srivali.... Let me tell you first thing that the medicine you are taking or any other alopathic medicine will never cure the PCOD...and you will have to take regular medicine...and even after taking that you will suffer the consequences unaltered... They just mask the symptoms from surface while the disease keeps progressing underneath.... Nonetheless it is a hormone and there are other complications of taking hormones for a longer time too... The best solution to this if you believe me is homoeopathic treatment as there many chances of it being permanently cured... You may consult to any good homoeopath of your trust.. but my advise is to start homoeopathic treatment..
