Dear Lybrate user When our self esteem gets very low then we start feeling this way. There can be difference between your ideal self and real self and when there is a significant difference between these two then we get stressed, upset, hopeless and also depressed. Perfectionism also comes when the self esteem is low because we do not want to be wrong or incorrect or imperfect. So try not to be perfect all the time. Its ok if we commit any mistake or do not do something properly. Never compare or try to compare yourself with anybody. You have your own unique personality wich is good and you can always improve it and make it better. Also when our self esteem is low we kind of seek approval from others and what others think about us becomes our top priority and thus we get anxious stressed and it becomes hard for us to do anything even the simple tasks. So you should try to get out of this. Its ok if somebody does not agree with you. Its ok if you make a mistake or do something wrong. Just try to improve yourself for the your own sake. And in such cases we get negative and do not notice anything positive in our kife so you should start noticing all the good things you do and celebrate it (small celebrations or giving yourself any reward or compliment). Avoid all types of fast food, non-vegetarian food and oily/spicy food. Take as much fruit as possible. This will help to increase alkaline in the body, neutralizing the acidity affects. Banana, Water Melon and cucumber are few recommended fruits which are proved helpful in acidity. Drink sufficient water (At least 3 ltr). Take water more frequently. Almond helps in quick control over heart burn. Whenever you feel like heart burn, take few pieces of Almonds. Jaggery(gur) is a proven home remedy for acidity. Put one piece in mouth and suck it slowly. Green coconut water is very helpful in acidity. Sleep sufficient. Do not work till late night. Fresh mint juice helps in reducing the side effects of acidity. You can have a glass of mint juice after food for a fast relief. Take a small piece of raw garlic; this is a very good digestive element. But don’t take overdose, or else it will have negative effect on acidity.

Dear Akshay, You need psychiatric help. Please consult for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Mostly depression occurs along with insomnia and anxiety. Panic attacks comes and goes like a passing cloud. Diurnal variation is one of the feature of a depressive disorder. That is why you are normal in the evenings.

Hello- I think you have infected your papule by doing itching via nails. Start treatment asap to avoid septicemia as the organ infected (penis) is very delicate.

I do not have clear visualization. So doctor have given me lenses for constant use before 2 year. But now I have changed my lenses l. Now I am getting problem to see. Even I checked my eyes but lenses are manufactured correctly. So I think my eye powers are frequently changing. So what can I do for clear visualization? And also which diet should I follow?

Yes your eye number changes as your body grows but usually stabilizes by the age of 20-22. So do not worry no specific diet required. Just avoid junk food.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Hello, pimples are the out come of stress, anxiety, insomnia, causing due to irregular life style. - tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins, regulate metabolism and to moisten your skin & muscle. - tk, protein rich diet on time. - go for meditation, yoga to nourish your cells, tissues including facial muscle to glow. - tk, apples, carrots, cheese, banana, papaya, spinach, almonds, walnuts, pumpkins, regularly. - maintain personal hygiene, locally.
