Hello, tk homoeo medicine: @ ignatia 30-6 polls, thrice a day, orally. @ five phos 6x-4tbs, thrice a day, orally. Tk, plenty if water. Go for meditation to reduce your stress. And calm your nerve to make you normal. Ensure, sound sleep, for 7/8 hrs, at least. Tk, care.

Your fear is doing you in. There is no doubt that relating to a member of the opposite sex is somewhat difficult. But we can add to that difficulty if we have certain predetermined notions that are incorrect and that can sabotage relations. One of the biggest impediments is the idea that you need to relate to girls with the intention of getting married. First you need to find girls with whom you feel a sense of comfort, just to learn to relate to them comfortably. If there is no ulterior purpose, it can be quite easy. The next thing to keep in mind is to use your domain strength to find the opening> For example, if you are good at a game, or subject, or at singing, you can see which girl is likely to be interested and you could relate to those persons with comfort. Keep sex out of your mind. It is better to start with known 'devils' which would be your classmates to break the ice. If you become self-conscious, then it is bound to jeopardize the contact. You will mess up the whole thing because it is close to being self-centered and no girl will like that at all. These are just a few suggestions. Now go and give it a good shot and report back about your rate of success.

Hi, you need to practice deep breathing exercise: find a quiet space where you can be alone with no distractions. Close the door, if possible. As you get used to this breathing exercise, you may be able to close out distractions and perform the exercise around others. Sit upright, with your back straight. You can sit in a chair, or sit on the floor with your legs crossed, whatever feels more natural. You can lie down if you must. Keep in mind, however, that sitting upright allows your lungs to fill to maximum capacity, which is best when practicing deep breathing place your arms on the arms of a chair or resting on your thighs. This removes the burden from your shoulders and aids in relaxation. For a count of four seconds, breathe deeply through your nose. Your lower belly should expand with the breath. For one to two seconds, simply hold the breath inside your chest. Now, exhale all of the air out of your lungs through your mouth. You should hear a" whoosh" sound as it leaves your mouth. Notice your belly deflating as you release the breath. To avoid hyperventilating, pause for a few seconds before taking a new breath. Do this entire sequence again for about five minutes. About six to eight cycles of breathing per minutes is considered effective at relieving anxiety. Nonetheless, you should find your own natural breathing rhythm that makes you comfortable. Practice deep breathing at least twice a day for five minutes each session. Note that deep breathing should not be saved for only when you are experiencing anxiety. Practice this exercise daily to manage the symptoms of anxiety and fend off stress don; t worry, do not take so much stress.

Hello, There are many aspects of depression, the more of them you have the more likely you are to have a clinical depression. Some patients feel severely depressed and suicidal. If you have these feelings you should go to the emergency department immediately. Other things that people with depression can feel are sadness, low energy, lack of motivation, poor sleep, irritability, weight gain or loss, poor self image and sometimes even a lack of touch with reality. The more of these symptoms you have the more likely it is that you have serious depression. Treatments for depression include medications, counseling and exercise. Again the more of these you do the better your chance for a successful treatment. Good luck to you,

Hi. I am staying away from family since 4 years. I am having lot of mental issues. I am going into depression. I finds my life to be hopeless. My marriage is going to get fixed by family. My family dint accept my boyfriend. Now I am struggling to forget him. I hv no other option than leaving him since my parents hv blackmailed me that they will be no more if I won't forget him. Good ​Morning, I understand the situation that you are in. Life is so much more worth living and you know that for a fact since you have lived your life so far, you just need to enjoy what is going on and be in the present; neither in the past nor in the future. I agree that depression and anxiety that you are experiencing are due to circumstantial reasons and I believe they will alleviate when the situation changes. Positive thinking will get you where you need to be in life. If your marriage is fixed, it might be helpful to speak with your fiancee about your feelings so that he understands. If you feel understood, it may be a good relationship. Do not discount others and idealize only one person. Marriage in INDIA is about families and not about only yourself or only your and the other. So it might be useful to count them in and take heart in the fact that the person who they have chosen for you may be the right person also. It is easier said than done. However, moving on to your symptoms, I believe you need to be on medications for a good 3-4 months and we can help you with the same. How Non Medicinal Ways Can Help Treat Pain?

Pain can be a debilitating condition if it is not managed in a timely manner and on a constant basis. One can experience pain in various parts of the body due to a variety of reasons. While the main reason includes conditions like arthritis, osteoporosis and another nerve, joint or muscle problems, there are many other kinds of pain that may occur due to accidents and sports injuries. Disc herniation and conditions like diabetes may also give rise to pinched nerves which can cause pain.

It is not possible to constantly pop pills and get injections for the pain that lasts for a prolonged time. Yet, this does not necessarily mean that you will have to live with the pain. There are a number of ways in which you can manage pain without having to take medicines at the drop of a hat. Here are a few measures that you can take in order to treat pain.

  1. Weight Loss: In case you are on the overweight side, it would be a good idea to lose those extra pounds and kilos. Excess weight usually puts pressure on the affected area and creates even more pain. Therefore, if you are more fit, there is less chance of suffering from extreme pain.
  2. Exercise: While rest is a good thing, being on your feet and moving at regular intervals is also required in order to deal with the pain. If you are constantly lying in bed in one position, then there will be pressure on the joints and the nerves, which can create even more pain. Therefore, you should keep changing your positions and take mild to moderate exercises like walking and swimming, in keeping with approval and recommendation from the doctor.
  3. Rest: Taking rest is just as important as exercise. When you are going through pain, it would be a good idea to give rest to the affected area so that there is less pressure on the same. You should rest in the proper position so that one does not twist or elevate the area in a wrong way.
  4. Physiotherapy: This is another method that most doctors recommend. Getting the right kind of physiotherapy is important as it can help in creating core strength for the surrounding muscles and joints of the affected area. This will keep the pain, inflammation and stiffness away.
  5. Hot and Cold Remedies: Heat therapy and ice therapy are two recommended ways of treating pain. If the injury is new and the pain acute, then one may resort to the use of ice packs to gently bring down the inflammation. Hot showers and heat packs can also bring relief to the area so that the pain is soothed away. One should be careful while using either method so that the temperature does not cause burns and rashes.
  6. Maintain Good Posture: Most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. Little things add up. Keeping the right amount of curvature takes pressure off the nerves and will reduce pain. Get into the habit of sitting correctly. It may not feel comfortable initially because your muscles have not been conditioned to support you in the correct position.

Place of father is must in life of a kid but bad father can make things worse for mother and baby who will grow up to be negative and cynical look around and see if you want one baby to look after or 2 babies, other being your husband who is always finding Faults take it as a good riddance keep counting your blessings and grow along with the baby.
