Gastric and kidney stones both of these problems of yours can be cured permanently with homoeopathy. Increased frequency of urine can be due to urine infection or blockage of urine passage by the stone. Urine routine examination will provide the status of infection, while ultrasound will tell if stone is blocking the path or not. So review with the reports.

pain is complex phenomenon, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Apart from pain killers, there is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. A therapeutic diet complemented with few medications for pain management can also work wonders. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

3 Facts About Oral Sex

MD, BHMS, Post Graduate Diploma In Hospital Administration (PGDHA)
Sexologist, Delhi
3 Facts About Oral Sex

Oral sex can be a satisfying experience if it is mutually well-received and enjoyed. According to observations made on the basis of surveys both males and females like oral sex as a part of foreplay but would rather prefer to end a sexual activity in intercourse. Women have been found to enjoy cunnilingus but they tend to accustom themselves to the practice of fellatio as their male partners cherish it. Very few women seem to be turned on by the action of going down on their men. Irrespective of these reported instances, oral sex is highly pleasurable. The pleasure however is not devoid of the looming threat of Sexually Transmitted Infections. A certain facts about oral sex can keep you aware.

These facts will help you know more about oral sex:-

1. Oral sex is not as risky as vaginal or anal sex but it surely does involve chances of infections. These infections can be transmitted through fluid exchange, direct contact of genital parts and genital skin or from one person's mouth to another's genitalia or the other way round.

2. Bacterial infections transmitted through oral sex can result in Syphilis, Herpes, Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. HIV is a rare case but a possible outcome nonetheless.

3. The presence of open cuts and wounds in a person's mouth can lead to STIs. Infectious blood is exchanged during oral sex or even during kissing.

A few precautionary measures to keep threats at bay:-

1. Use a saran or a cling wrap before you attempt to excite your lady's vulva. A cling wrap is an inexpensive device available in any other medicine shop. It is basically a sheet of plastic used to cover the vaginal area before two people get started with cunnilingus.

2. In case of fellatio, non- lubricated condoms are the best advised solution. A condom is very effective in keeping you safe from harmful bacteria.

3. Dental dams can also make you actively take part in the process of ensuring safety. Dental dams are available in various flavors such as vanilla, grape and strawberry.

Oral Sex is most rewarding when it has no adverse effects on your health. Therefore, care should be taken to follow some preventive measures for your own good. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Zaptra and depran belong to the same class of anti-depressant. If you didn't have any sexual side-effects with depran, then it is unlikely you may get any from zaptra. However, the known side effects are prolonged ejaculation, difficulty in orgasm and sometimes decreased sexual desire.

I have hairfall problem since many years I have dry and rough hair
What can I do to treat it?
Lustrous, beautiful and healthy hair is a result of a healthy body and a healthy diet Foods high in protein are soy, tofu, dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts, oilseeds, beans and pulses. Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.  3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair. Follow the diet plan given below as a starting point for healthy and lustrous hair. Breakfast  Skim milk / soy milk Whole grain bread or toast or poha or breakfast cereal or sprout Bowl of fresh fruit Morning snack Fresh vegetable juice like carrot or cucumber juice Handful of nuts like walnuts, soaked almonds, raisins, dates Lunch Fresh veg. Soup or salad  Whole-wheat flour or jowar or bajra chapatti Green veggies  Dals or whole pulses Brown rice Curd / tofu Afternoon snack 1 glass skim milk  Kurmura or roasted channa or popcorn Evening snack Fresh veggies and fruit juice (carrot, apple, lemon, dudhi, palak) Dinner  Fresh veggie soup or salad with sprouts Chapati Vegetable Buttermilk Bedtime snack  Fruit like watermelon or banana  Use natural substitutes like fruits, dates, figs or honey instead of sugar. Fruits like berries, grapes, apples and cherries have useful enzymes that can add value to your hair health

Hey, lybrate-user your ideal weight has to be around 48 kg to 50 kg. You are severly under weight. I suggest you to take high carbohydrate, high protein and moderate fat diet. You also need some supplements. I would suggest if you can start taking spirulina everyday for atleast 3 months.

This is regarding my mother. She is 50 years old. On the 26th of october this year she felt a rise in her body temperature and thought it to be normal cold. She took paracetamol to get a temporary relief. The next day she visited the doctor, and he prescribed some medicines including an antibiotic (azifine lc) and a syrup for dry cough (zedex). The antibiotic course was of 5 days and she was fine within the first three days. As soon as the dosage was complete, she felt a rise in her body temperature again on 2nd november. Doctor had already asked for some blood test results accounting the factor that the fever had not gone down. So before giving a second visit to the doctor the blood tests for dengue, malaria, typhoid, urine routine and culture were undertaken. Every test proved to be negative except the the routine test of urine. There were a presence of 20-50 pus cells. The doctor thought that indicated urine infection and prescribed a new set of medicines; and asked to wait for the culture report. There were still a number of days left for the culture report, and the antibiotics given seemed to have no effect. There was an onset of fever every eight hours after taking paracetamols. Finally on 7th nov the culture report was out and it showed no growth of micro organisms. The doctor was baffled as he thought it to be an urine infection. He suggested a chest xray and a lower abdomen usg. The chest xray was normal while the ultrasound scan reflected a presence of a tumor in the uterus. The doctor finally concluded this entire scenario of 16 days to be a viral fever, and prescribed ceftum 500. Things have deteriorated further now. The body temperature records 102 degree fahrenheit and lately the fever was accompanied with chills. Could you please suggest what should be the next step? I don't know where things are going. Your replies would be very helpful.

I have stone in both kidneys. Size 6.1 mm both. So what should I do? Need surgery?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
I have stone in both kidneys. Size 6.1 mm both. So what should I do? Need surgery?
Hi, take homoeopathic medicine - berberis vulgaris q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Prevention of kidney stones may include a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. Lifestyle changes you may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. 1 eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, restrict foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, bhindi (okra), spinach, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. You may reduce the risk by taking supplements with meals. Diets low in calcium can increase kidney stone formation in some people. Revert me back.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Laser treatment uses powerful fractional laser technology to reduce the look of scars without harming surrounding skin. It is a non surgical method. Laser scar treatment uses short pulses of micro-fine laser light to reach deeply into the skin's sub-layers, treating the support structure. The cost depends on the type of scar. It can be removed in mere 5000 rupees or it may even take 50, 000 to get rid of them if the area is big.
