knee pain at this age most commonly would be due to patellofemoral arthritis (knee cap cartilage wear and tear). weight reduction, ice pack, avoiding sitting on the floor and squatting , quadriceps strengthening exercises helps.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hye. Eating seasonal fruits when the body needs is always the right thing to do. Watermelon does not affect the brain negatively in any way. Always have seasonal fruits, organic so that the pesticides or hormones added to them are not going to harm us.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. When I sit on folded legs my knee is paining, inside or sideways, and then when start to stand up. I don't have pain in the knee while standing, walking or jogging. What could be the reason because I'm not able to concentrate while studying as pain increases. Also another one is My neck starts to pain and slowly while eating my head feels heavy and starts paining. Not the headache. It just pain and when I lie down then it disappears.

posture corrections must. stretching exercises of neck. avoid toward bending. for knee. hot fermentation twice a day and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 sec then release repeat 10 to 15 time

Dear Lybrate user, You should take banana and mango shake daily. Soaked black raisions daily morning you should take for increase of weight. Try to keep yourself busy all the time. Almonds. Soak 10 raw almonds overnight in water to soften, then peel off the skins. Put almonds in blender with 1 cup warm milk, a pinch of ginger, and a pinch of nutmeg. Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
