Dear user, you can improve the appearance and fullness of face by doing some facial exercises daily. 1. Chew gum daily 2. Do the" x-o" exercise, jaw opener exercise. 3. Do the cheek lift 4. Make" fish lips. 5. Make puffy cheeks by holding in air for as long as you can. 6. Smile a lot and massage your face daily for five minutes.

Do follow these.Eat more foods frequently.Take food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Eat dense fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Include more dark leafy vegetables,banana,lentil fortified cereals,peanuts,sprouts,peanut,rice,dried beans,tofu,liver,meat,shrimp,oyster,spinach,almond,apple,beetroot.Take plenty of citrus fruits.Take nuts,seeds.Use whole cream milk.Take weight gainer supplement.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.Use ghee,butter,cream,cheese with food.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Stay stress free and quality sleep.

Get X-ray or MRI done to rule out any structural joint abnormalities. Meanwhile, gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. Ayurveda’s Panchakarma offers specialized treatment of JANU BASTI for knee pains - these procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. Avoid sitting crossed legs. This will greatly help.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You can check thyroid test. I advice you. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi, to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hi masturbating is a natural process done by any one female or male. And sexual desirement is like hunger, which is full fill by masturbation when opposite partner is not there. But excessive masturbation is not good. Sometime it convert into habit and after that it make addiction so it should be in limit. According to ayurveda when you do mastarbaation that time you west your shukra dhatu [sperm], shukradhatu is resultfir shaurya, lusturness of your body, daring, budhi, intelligence when you will est it this all work of shukra dhatu is get decrease so that not only fairness effect but also lustur is effect. Dear lybrateuser, - Diet should be a well balanced one containing foods from all food groups, carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals have more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like wholewheat, brown rice, oats, corn, milk & milk products such as cheese, paneer, yogurt, butter milk, healthy fats as in olive oil, canola oil, avocado, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, beans, sprouts, soya products, tofu - include a variety of items in your meals to get most of the nutrients, have more of fruits & vegetables .
