I have ankylosing spondylitis and am hla b27 positive. What treatment should I adopt?

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Mujhe bahut weak lagta hai. Kisi jaga body takarane se dard hota hai. Jaise ki. Cycle chala te samaye , darbaja mein chalte chalte lag jana, saar ke upar jara takarane se dard hota hai. Kahan bhi jara sa lagne se dard hota hai.

Hye, tumhara wajan bahut kam hai. Iske wajaha se tumhara weakness hona possible hai. Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye. Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye. Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai. Sahi samay pe sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi. Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

Dear user, take medicines for thyroid problem, to reduce weight drink two glasses of warm water every morning. Do some regular excercises to avoid pains.

Sir/madam, From last 2 years , I am getting pain in right side foot and leg (only in night time while sleeping). I have also consulted doctor for this. They suggested me to take vitamin tablets and body pain tablets. But still problem not solved. Please suggest me any medication.

You take r compound tablet 2 in morning after lunch end 2 after dinner. Massaje narayan taila on food end complite leg take nurobion forte tablet 1 after dinner for one month than feedback to me for next advice.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food. . >> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. . >> Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. . >> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. . >> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. . >> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. . Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. . .....Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

You should have healthy diet, healthy lifestyle with some physical activity. You should stop laziness nd make your timetable of everything. Take your meals in proper time do not skip meals. Go for more fruits vegetables juices instead of bakery products sweets junk food.

Since she is about 2 years old you can give her all the healthy food items that a adult eats. Try to find out the food item which she likes more and offer her that. Feed her by playful means like you can tell her stories while feeding. You can modify the food item in other way, like if she does not eat vegetables make roties by mixing vegetables in the dough.

Do hot fermentation and rest avoid strain and avoid long standing. Put a towel under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 time and apply pain relief ointment.

Body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature. There are several benefits of water namely:
1. Water indirectly helps weight loss. If we choose water or eat a diet higher in water-rich foods that are healthier, more filling, and help you trim calorie intake.
2. Food with high water content tends to look larger, its higher volume requires more chewing, and it is absorbed more slowly by the body, which helps to feel full. Water-rich foods include fruits, vegetables, broth-based soups, oatmeal, and beans.
3. Water can help lower blood pressure, as blood is mainly comprised of water. Dehydration will definitely affect your blood pressure adversely. Excessive salt consumption can adversely affect blood pressure, sodium can be flushed out of the body by drinking clean purified water daily.
4. Water can help lower the cholesterol. Drinking plenty of water will keep the blood ways clean and eliminate excess build up of cholesterol waste from the body.
5. The quality of the drinking water can also have an effect on our cholesterol levels. Chlorine in drinking water can raise levels of plasma cholesterol, most tap water is chlorinated. Therefore, it is good to install a quality water filtration system that can remove chlorine and other harmful chemicals from drinking water.
6. The main toxin in the body is blood urea nitrogen, a water-soluble waste that is able to pass through the kidneys to be excreted in the urine. If you chronically drink too little, you may be at higher risk for kidney stones, especially in warm climates.
7. Water helps maintain normal bowel function. When you don't get enough fluid, the colon pulls water from stools to maintain hydration and results in constipation.
