I am a 50 year old Indian agriculturist in coffee, normal structure, weight 62 kgs. I do not smoke, no alcohol, no meat, chicken, but take fish sometimes n consume eggs frequently. Coffee drinking daily at 2 cups/day. Daily cycling for about 10 kms. My sex life is utterly bad. I have no any major complications, no medication history so far slight knee pains when I sit long. A little financial stress off-late. I have a low nagging back pain since last 20 years. Sciatica problem but have maintained it in control. I have observed a twitching 10-30 seconds pain on my left chest which has now become regular. Had undergone ECG where some small error observed by doctor and put me on ecosprin. My TMT was perfect with no problem at narayana hrudalaya bangalore and I was told I have less than 5% chance of any attack. But this regular pricking twitch keeps giving me the jitters. Doc says if it continues. He may suggest me an anti. Should I need to go in for it. If required I can share scan copy of my ECG. That has raised eyebrow of the doc. Do guide me

Hello, Lybrate user, It would b proper to view your report but ECG report is not enough to assesse the over all condition of d heart to be panic about unless you go through stress test, angiography,Eco, to establish any measure cardiac fault when TMT is normal. Caffiene may trigger Herat problem please consult to your cardiologist, in this regard. If you are on Ecosprin it means some blockage is there or blood need to be thinner but that too, can be established after Eco test, atleast. I am 42 years old women working at NGO having problem in sleep please help like I am having problem when I am sleeping I am waking at late night.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

I am a 35 years male have a problem swollen feet and knee pain and have regular pain below left chest sometime just below chest back side and sometime below right chest and now this are days my forehead use to be heaviness most of the time, before five year back I suffer from malaria twice in one year, within eight months gap, after that my stomach use get bloated several times I consult with with my doctor he ask me to take small meals in one hour gap not to eat to much at a time after few months every things was ok but in the year 2015 mid of june I felt sick, that was my first day I went to gym for physical fitness after doing a work out for half an hour or forty five minutes I was on my way back to my flat but suddenly my forehead was spinning I was getting unconscious my eyes was not visualized properly like heavy lights white and feeling vomote any how with the help of security I went to my flat and felt sleep then next day I went to a doctor and he advice for total blood test, the blood test reports were showing positive jaundice. Uric acid. Cholesterol. Alkaline phosphatase high. Uria creatinine. And hbv positive. Then doctor prescribed medicine for three months with a routine check-up after three months again doing all blood test report are showing everything was normal only usg report was showing liver is enlarge, doctor prescribed medicine for two more months with routine check-up everything was fine good, but again now this are days I am facing the problem like my feet are getting swollen stomach is getting bloated I am not feeling sleepy and not feeling hungry and getting pain again sometime below left chest and right chest below also and same table back sometime lower abdominal left and sometime getting senseless foots and hands forehead getting heavyness eyes are getting dizziness. Please doctor help me.

Hi, I'm Dhanraj, My Mother is 46 years old lady, Check up suggests that her Vitamin D level is - 22.60 ng/ml and B-12 is 209.0 pg/ml. ECG report says, her heart rate is - 61. CBC suggests everything fine. She often has high blood pressure problem, since my father died a year ago. Should she take vitamin supplements? Which medicine for Blood pressure will be great?

You will need immediate steps to counter your hair condition. Grey hair: is caused by one of three reasons: genetic persuasions; after sickness, great shock and stress, or un-nutritious diet. And of course, old age. To allay premature grey hair or baldness your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. I have black spots as well as acne on my back. I used scar removal cream. But didn't see any changes what should I do?

Look like you have pih (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to acne), it subside gradually if no more acne coming up, use kozilite lotion, (two percent kozivit in lotion form) once a day.

The stains can be removed by scaling and polishing. For whitening the tooth, you might require bleaching. But you need to quit smoking and tobacco chewing or this will happen again.

Dear lybrate-user, no doctor wants to operate the patient when sugar is high. You've to check fasting, post lunch sugar and hba1c and visit a diabetologist in your area who'll decide about the line of treatment appropriate to your mom's profile. Doctor may suggest insulin for a short period. Also monitor bp with home machine and remember to inform the doctor if mom is taking aspirin. Aspirin needs to be stopped 2 days prior to surgery until one day post surgery. Regards.

As of now there is no treatment known to benefit those with RP. Extensive research is ongoing in many centres for stem cell therapy it artificial retina. No headway yet! However if there is an associated disease they can be corrected.

masturbation in unmarried is very healthy way of sexual outlet. frequncy should be not more than once a week. it will not affect ur body wt.does not cause wrinkles.
