Hello, weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain you might lose weight.

It indicates depending on the levels that are rised liver cell injury. More than 2 times elevation is considered as significant. Most common cause for it is Fat in liver there are so many other causes .depending on clinical scenario we can diagnose.

Maybe your natural structure is slim. But you can try. Ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi churna and cow ghee twice a day. Use more pulses like udad. Do pranayam and suryanamaskar twice a day. Don't take junk food, oily, spicy food.

Try jumping n running early morning ....practice yoga....... eat proteinious diet diet in breakfast lyk sprouts, boiled egg....have 1 ltr of milk daily....take ashwganndha tablet 1 tab twice daily after meals with milk....Follow up after a month.

take high protein diet .take multivitamin supplement like (Supradyn) to stop hair fall. take cold milk at night to prevent acidity.avoid oily spicy preparations.take fresh fruits and vegetables. exercise daily to reduce stress and stay fit.

My heart beats are always fast even when I am resting it is 85-90 When I sleep my breath rate also increase And my potty in also thin but I do potty once a day I had infection in my lungs but now it is ok And also when the treatment was going on My potty was fine earlier it was same as now Nd I was gaining weight now am not able to do so.

Heart beats of 90 is okay and can be considered as normal and avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

Hye. Thank you for your query. You are underweight by 6 to 7 kgs for your height. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.
