Hello, please get your serum progesterone levels done on day 21 of your cycle, you may have progesterone deficiency and would have to be started on oc pills for 3 months in that case or cyclical progesterones.

My spouse even taken the tablets to do abortion till she not get .still she is pregnancy. Now doctor told with us scan copy clearly shows the good and heart beats with child (2 month old. So please continue don't do abortion again. What can I do now. Can I continue this.? Or abort. Please help me.

it's entirely your choice whether you want to continue the pregnancy or abort as it seems you were initially keen to terminate,you can still go for a medical termination if you desire so ,either the pills given to you were not proper as it's unlikely she couldn't abort with the pills, sometimes a repeat dose of pills is needed to show results, however you are left with no time and what ever you decide needs action immediately. A repeat Doppler is important if you want to continue with the pregnancy to ascertain of any abnormality which might have incurred due to the previous pills taken.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For sugar control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner.
