The best way for a couple to have a best possible chance of increasing their fertility and overcoming any problems and having the healthiest possible baby is to ensure that they are at optimum health at the time of conception
Plan 120 days before you begin trying for conception. Eggs and sperms take approximately this time to mature, so through out this time its essential to correct building blocks to ensure best possible outcome.
Alcohol, smoking, caffeine, junk food need to be eliminated and replaced with fresh wholesome food and lots of filterd water. It's simple just be as superhealthy as possible
Take folic acid supplements and get treated for any obvious deficiency
Optimise your weight if possible
Getting the timing right
Timing sexual intercourse during fertile days of menstrual cycle increases your chances of acheiving pregnancy
This is simple to understand
First identify key stages of menstrual cycle
-menstruation- when bleeding occurs
-ovulation - when egg is released
-post ovulatory phase- which is almost fixed around 14 days
Determine your fertility window
-fertility window is the period 5 days before and 24 hr after ovulation
Make your own menstrual calendar for 3 m
Eg. For a cycle of 28 days
D1 is first day of menstruation
D10-d15 is fertile window
Accordingly calculate yours

Hello, it is unlikely that you would be pregnant, the vomiting may not be related to hormonal imbalance.

What Is the reason of itching at labia majora and there is a very small rash at perineum and very little discharge from vagina?

There are many causes of vaginal discharge and itching. Treatment depends upon the type of discharge . Reason most commonly being infection.

1. Get whiter, healthier teeth

2. Curb all sorts of cancers

Scientists from the American Association for Cancer Research, among others, agree that the consumption of flavonol-rich apples could help reduce your risk of developing pancreatic cancer by up to 23 percent. Researchers at Cornell University have identified several compounds 'triterpenoids'in apple peel that have potent anti-growth activities against cancer cells in the liver, colon and breast. Their earlier research found that extracts from whole apples can reduce the number and size of mammary tumours in rats. Meanwhile, the National Cancer Institute in the U.S. has recommended a high fibre intake to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer.

Women who eat at least one apple a day are 28 percent less likely to develop type 2 diabetes than those who don't eat apples. Apples are loaded with soluble fibre, the key to blunting blood sugar swings.

This study shows a long-term influence of breakfast on glucose regulation that persists throughout the day. Breakfast consumption could be a successful strategy for reduction of PpHg in type 2 diabetes.

As the periods come on proper time but the amount of menstrual flow is very low and do not last for 2-3 days. It means that your hormones that control the the periods (menstruation) have normal cycle but the amount of hormones are less than normal that's why the flow is scanty. *for normal & adequate menstrual flow get up early in the morning and take a fast walk for atleast 15 -20 minutes. If you can run, then run atleast for 3-5 minutes. * practice bhujangasana (cobra postion) & pawanmuktasana everyday only under the guidance of yoga expert. * check out your thyroid profile & in case of abnormal reports get the proper treatment of it. * monitor your weight & if you are overweight then do more physical activities & change lifestyle to reduce the weight so that the peroids get normal. * eat more green leafy vegetables & avoid fast foods having high refined starch & fat. * you can take dashmoolarisht for your scanty periods only under the supervision of ayurvedic doctor. It can make your hormones level normal and make your periods regular.
