I am 65 male my I was taking antihypertensive medicine telmisartan 40+ chlorthalidone 6.25 since 3 year but when my bp become uncontrolled and 180/100 doctor added amlodipine 5 mg to the above combination and after taking the same for 2 months my bp now 140/80 should I stop talking amlodipine 5 mg or reduce the dose to 2.5 also when I should take bp medicine presently I am taking at bed time.
