Hi, both the testicles produce and emit spermatozoa with a little bit of fluid. This cannot be noticed by you by the way you mentioned. It is possible that what you are noticing are the movements of the testicle caused by the cremasteric muscle.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Sir I am married, and I have sexual problem of premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, from last 2 and half year...
Dear lybrate user, kindly note that if you indulge in sexual relation after an interval of minimum 7 days then you are bound to discharge quickly during intercourse but that does not imply that you have any disease. It occurs due to loss of control of the muscles of penis. Normally it is seen that when a person does sexual intercourse daily he gains control over the muscles of penis & can stay longer during sex. You need to take homoeopathic mother tincture salix nigra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water to get rid of premature ejaculation. But before taking any medicine kindly notice whether you are having a second erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation for the first time. If you are not experiencing any erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation then you are surely suffering from erectile dysfunction. There will be a change of medication in this case. To get rid of erectile dysfunction you need to take homoeopathic mother tincture agnus castus q q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition. Along with medicines you can try a home therapy to boost your sexual performance. Soak 4-5 dry dates (khurma khajur) in a cup of lukewarm milk & keep that mixture in refrigerator before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning eat those soaked dry dates & discard the milk. Repeat the process daily. This therapy often gives effective result within 15 days there are many conventional allopathic sexual pills in market such as adegra, viagra, penegra etc. Refrain yourself from using such pills as those pills contain a steroid called sildenafil. This steroid has a unique temporary effect on erectile problems. Patients using these pills for first time often report that their penis remain strong even after ejaculation. Such effects leads the patients to use sildenafil for prolonged course of time as they often feel that a full erection is possible only after taking sildenafil. Moreover it is very low cost & easy availability of this steroid has made it quite common as sexual medicine. But the bitter truth is prolonged use of sildenafil will permanently disable the normal physiological process behind erection & will render your body to become solely dependent upon sildenafil for erection. As a result you won't feel any slightest normal erection without taking sildenafil. This is an irreversible condition & it cannot be treated by any means. Once you attain this condition you become a life-time customer of that steroid sildenafil because you have to take sildenafil in order to satisfy your partner. As prevention is always better than cure I would advise you to check the composition of any sexual pills before buying. Discard any sexual pills which contains sildenafil in its composition. If you are suffering from premature ejaculation then along with medicine & home therapy you can try the kegel's exercise. You have to do kegel's exercise once daily during the first time of urination after waking up from sleep at morning. Kindly note the following steps to perform the kegel's exercise:- 1) start urinating until you feel that you have voided almost half amount of urine from bladder. 2) when you feel you have voided almost half of the urine try to stop the flow of urine by squeezing the internal muscles of penis. 3) you should not use your hands to stop the flow. Your hands should be resting on your waist. You have to stop the urine only by your self control over the internal muscles of penis. 4) try to stop the urine flow by the control of internal muscles up to 20 seconds. On the very first day you won't be able to hold the urine for more than 3 seconds. However, practicing the exercise daily will improve your control over the muscles of penis & after 15-20 days you will be able to stop the urine for 20 seconds by the control of your pelvic muscles. This control of pelvic muscles will help you to get rid of premature ejaculation while you are performing sexual intercourse 5) after 20 seconds is over, void the rest of the urine. Do not stop the flow of urine for more than 30 seconds. N. P.- kegel's exercise is effective only in the case of premature ejaculation & it is not helpful for patients suffering from erectile dysfunction.

Severe Pain During Sex - Know the Reasons Behind it

MBBS, DPM, DNB (Psychiatry)
Sexologist, Mumbai
Severe Pain During Sex - Know the Reasons Behind it

Severe pain during intercourse causes difficulty in a relationship in both partners. Sometimes a sustained occurrence of pain might be an indication of some serious medical dysfunction. As such, consult a doctor as soon as the pain arises. Contrary to popular beliefs, sexual pain can occur in both male and female.

In female, the reasons behind the painful sexual intercourse might be:

  1. Vaginismus, a condition when the vaginal muscles tighten up mainly due to anxiety or fear and causes significant pain with a tearing sensation.

  2. The pain can arise due to vaginal infection due to yeast or any form of sexually transmitted disease or pelvic inflammatory diseases.

  3. A severe injury in the vagina during childbirth or any other accident and psychological stress can also cause severe pain during sex.

  4. Sometimes, uterine or menopause problems (formation of fibroids in the uterus) can also cause pain.

  5. Cyst formation in the ovary or endometriosis (when the inner tissue lining of the uterus tends to grow outside) can also cause severe pain during intercourse.

Among men:

  1. Some men can experience pain during intercourse because of allergy to the fluids of the vagina or the chemical content of certain contraceptives.

  2. You can experience pain because of undiagnosed sexually transmitted diseases like herpes or gonorrhea

  3. The pain might also occur due to urinary tract infections or side effects from certain medications.

  4. Severe pain just a few moments before ejaculation can be a result of inflammation of the prostate glands and should be immediately diagnosed as it might be a signal of prostate cancer.

For treating pain during sex in female, you should opt for the following procedures

  1. If the pain is caused due to vaginal dryness after menopause, you should consider the application of prescribed lubricants or jellies to reduce the pain.

  2. If the pain occurs due to severe anxiety or stress, sex therapy can help you improve physical intimacy.

  3. If there are other symptoms like severe bleeding or irregular periods in addition to the pain, a visit to the physician is recommended.

Quite similarly in men

  1. If the pain occurs due to severe anxiety or stress, sex therapy can help you improve physical intimacy.

  2. If the pain results from side effects of certain medications, you should try changing your prescribed medication after doctor’s suggestion.

  3. In extreme cases, the doctors might suggest hormone replacement surgery.

First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.…

Left testicle fall down its pain sometime any tablet names any treatment ans me please sir or madam.
Hello lybrate-user, The falling down of left testicle as such should not cause any problem, but it suggests long testis attachment. This may cause some torsion in the testis which may be the cause of your pain. I suggest to consult a surgeon and get examined properly. Have an ultrasound Doppler done if necessary. Hope this helps. Many thanks.

Sex karne ka try karta hu to ling ka aage ka bhag ki skin fat jati hai..Please tell.

Sex karne ka try karta hu to ling ka aage ka bhag ki skin fat jati hai..Please tell.
Penis tears can result from a variety of causes. The most common are: friction - the most obvious cause of a cut on the penis is too much friction during sex. While it is true that the more friction between the vagina and the penis the more pleasure is generated, it also goes along this line that penile injury is more likely to occur. Frenulum injury - there is a structure underneath the penis head that is known as the frenulum. At some point, when the sex is already too hard, the frenulum may be ripped or torn, resulting in bleeding. Balanitis - this is a condition that often surfaces as a result of chronic diabetes. Diabetic patients are at risk because wound healing is generally slowed down. But in most cases, balinitis is caused by poor hygiene and infection; men usually suspect balanitis if their penises are easily reddened, especially at the head part. Rashes on the same area are frequently seen as well. Yeast infection - the most common type of male yeast infection is the one affecting the male reproductive organ. Sexual dysfunction, burning sensation during sex, reddened penis head and blistered penile trunk are the most common signs and symptoms of yeast infection. Rashes, swelling, and a cut on the penis also develop more easily among yeast-infected males. Other causes - genital piercings and an allergy to latex condoms have also been reported to cause a cut on the penis. Homoeopathic treatment cures cuts on penis. There is dryness and tightness during sex, you may be causing yourself injury at such times. The fact that your wife is" infected" shows that intercourse may be part of the problem. Do you get these cracks when you don't have intercourse with your wife? in homoeopathy there are many useful remedies. Here are some of the main ones: ars. Caust. Coral. Hep. Merc. C. Merc. Mez. Nit. Why Should You Refrain From Having Multiple Sexual Partners?

MBBS, MD, PGD-USG ,PGDS(SEXUAL MEDICINE
Sexologist, Delhi
Why Should You Refrain From Having Multiple Sexual Partners?

Are you aware of the different consequences that may occur if you have multiple sexual partners? The more sexual partners you have, the risks of you getting an STI or sexually transmitted infection are enhanced. These infections are hard to treat, especially in patients with HIV. Until the infection is treated, your viral load may get pushed up. This makes it more likely that many people pass on the HIV virus by having unprotected sex.

What are the circumstances?

If you have sex with several partners, and one of them is infected with an STI, the virus is capable of being passed between you and all your partners. Many people end up having sex with each other without asking about STIs. This is risky as you can never tell if a person is infected by looking at them or having sex with them. If you are in a relationship with a mutual agreement of having sex outside the relationship, you need to be open and honest regarding any risk that you might have taken is a necessary part of looking after the sexual health of each other.

Things to Keep in Mind:

  1. People have multiple sexual partners because of various reasons. These may include the thrill of having sex, the need to be desired, and also because of drugs and alcohol use because of which inhibitions are reduced. However, drugs and alcohol are very harmful to your body, leaving a negative impact and weakening your immune system. Several drugs and excess alcohol consumption affect the way your immune system tackles STIs.

  2. Alcohol and drugs also make it more likely for you to practice risky sex, and take decisions which are unusual and unlikely to you in a sober state. Clouded judgement makes you avoid condoms while having sex. This might make you have sex with a partner despite knowing that you have got HIV. When your judgement is clouded, you may even skip the part of telling your partner about the fact that you have HIV.

For minimising your risk, in spite of having multiple sexual partners, you must always carry condoms with you. You should also avoid having sex when under the influence of alcohol and drugs. These are effective steps you should take to protect yourself and your sexual partner or partners from getting affected by HIV. You can also join a support group or consult a counsellor for advice regarding your situation. Having multiple sexual partners can also result in psychological disturbances.

There is any substitute of phalotop if it is not available in common medical shop for making penis harder and tight.
There are specially made herbal and organic'tilas' such as sanda oil, shreegopal tel etc but it should be of high standard and used with wrapping of special herbs around penis for about four weeks. This will dilate penis vessels and increase supply in cavernosa.
