You be in strict diet in taking, mean while I will advise especially the regular oats food. & buttermilk rice. Ok. Completely stop the oily food. Take only green vegetables, green leaves. You problem will be solved.

I'm facing a bad acne problem. I don't know why suddenly I started getting pimples with those white thing inside. And there's so much of redness. I feels so bad how can I get rid of these. The redness is too much and these pimples sometimes causes pain also. I'm applying tea tree oil but I don't think it's helping me. Can you tell me how can I get rid of these and especially the redness.

Use a salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based face wash. Get your comedones extracted regularly. Use a water based moisturizer, even oily skin needs hydration. scrub your face two times in week. Use a mud mask weekly. Take salicylic acid or glycolic acid peels every fifteen days or month to improve skin texture, control acne and reduce scars and marks. Take a well balanced nutritious diet and exercise daily. Avoid face massages or application of greasy cosmetics and oils.

Use a face wash with oil control and salicylic acid content to clear your acne problem. Always keep your face clean and never touch your face with your hands. Stop eating oily, spicy and fried foods. Stop eating junk foods also.
