Good night sir /mam. Actually I want to sleep but I can't do it very well. In night, after 2-3 hours there is disturbance and I wake up. Lack of sleep always be in my body and I am not feel well. 1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly 6. Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

All of sudden I felt my tooth was shaking and I rushed to my dentist. He told that it was not entire tooth that was shaking but half of the tooth was shaking. As there was a crack. He told the root of the tooth was fine but only lower portion was bad. He said that I have to get the entire tooth removed and there. Was no other option. So I went ahead snd got it removed. Later when I searched the Internet, I found there were ways to save such tooth. I am feeling so bad that I lost one more tooth because of my dentists lack of latest knowledge. I want to confirm if my dentist did the right thing in order to decide if I should continue with him or find another dentist. Till now I have lost 6 tooth in all and have had 4 root canal. Could this be because my dentist hasn't been giving me right advice. I take care of my oral hygiene. I brush twice daily and rinse my mouth well after every meal and avoid eating sweet stuff but still my oral condition is in bad shape. Wondering if my doctor could have saved my oral condition by giving me timely advice by attacking the root cause rather than solving the issue as and when they were rise up?

There are certain ways that r invented to save those teeth bt it need proper training for that and also equipment. The dentist hv done what is perhaps best to his knowledge. Bt if you hv any doubt then go for another 2 or 3 advise consequently. That's how your doubt can be clear. Not alwyz intetnet give the right information.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

Hello, main causes of sleeping disorders are as follows:- significant life stress (job loss or change, death of a loved one, divorce, moving) illness. Emotional or physical discomfort. Environmental factors like noise, light, or extreme temperatures (hot or cold) that interfere with sleep. Do meditation every morning. Take kali phos 6x, 5 tabs every night. Take avena sativa q, 10 drops and passiflora q, 30 drops, mix them in half cup of water and drink it, half an hour before your bed time, daily for a month. This will definitely help you. Thanks.

There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall, Smoking, excessive alcohol intake. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Any deficiency can lead to hair fall. Take Proteins are more in sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green, help to nourish the hair roots. Take lots of salads, diced fresh fruit, Green Leafy Vegetables like Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers, Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day’s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day’s and 2 prunes daily. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow’s milk,, 10 – 12 glass of water per day

Hello, You can improve your dry skin by good and healthy intake of food which should includes vitamin A, C, E and protein, lots of water, application of good sunscreen before going out. Choose mild soaps that have added oils and fats. Avoid deodorant and antibacterial soaps, which are especially harsh on dry skin. After washing or bathing, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on the skin (never ever rub the area). Apply the moisturizer or lubricating cream while your skin is still wet or moist from bathing. Petroleum jelly is a good choice. Cover the treated areas with plastic wrap to keep the petroleum jelly from staining clothes and furniture. Use a portable home humidifier or one attached to your furnace to add moisture to the air inside your home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Petroleum 200/ twice daily, take them for 1 month. Use Schwabe's Skin care bathing bar, Calendula & Aloe Vera all purpose cream, Bakson's Body oil to be applied.

There are various types of acne scars and marks - post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, ice pick, depressed or hypertrophic scars etc. Management varies with the type of scarring. Scarring can be prevented by taking proper medication for acne. Procedures like fractional co2 laser, microneedling or tca cross work effectively for ice pick acne scars. Chemical peels and microdermabrasion can also be done. These are procedures which can be performed by your local dermatologist.

Dear, your son is just a teenager and he is at the threshold of adolscence. At this age the human body undergoes various internal hormonal changes. This internal changes are often manifested outside. Pimples is such a manifestation. So it is very evident that applying any external cream will fail to stop the arousal of pimples. You should instruct your son to wash his face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash as soon as he enters his room from outside. Also he should keep a handerkercheif with him when he is going outside. He should wipe off the slightest perspiration from his face. This will help to keep the pores of his skin open which will help to minimise pimples.

Acne can be treated easily with facewash, tablets and creams. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. Hi 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on face with gentle massage daily, do all these things for 15 days it gives you excellent result thanks.
