Is there any cure for hair fall problems? I'm just 20 years old and it is disheartening to see my hair strands fall at an alarming rate. Please give your advice.

Hello Dear,According to Ayurveda, hair is a byproduct of bone formation. The factors responsible for building bones are also responsible for the hair re-growth. Ayurveda doctors believe that early hair loss is related to body type and the balance of the mind-body constitution (doshas). Excess pitta in the sebaceous gland, at the root of the hair, or folliculitis can make the person start losing hair. We loose hair after a certain growth and new hair replaces the older one, which means recycling of hair. Hair loss means losing more hair than you naturally lose. As our hair grows under a natural process, so we can take care of growth only by natural resources and methods. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com

Hey lybrate-user, yes we can manage scalp psoriasis in a better way. You must have tried some steroidal lotions and some shampoos but disease will come back. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines. We can provide you a oil to be applied at night. You can apply same oil on scalp on sunday or holiday and sit in sun for 15 minutes.

Dear lybrate user avoid shampoos and perfumed hair oils, use shika powder instead, eat more vegetables and whole fruits, drink plenty of water, since hair fall depends on many internal factors it needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure Homoeopathic constitutional treatment provides permanent cure from such tendency permanently by removing the root cause itself, medicines will be in nano dose and don't have any side effects or life long dependancy

Eggs contain a good amount of fat, calories, and protein which are popular ingredients for weight gain. Consuming egg whites everyday can give you strong muscles and essential protein and energy. For better results, eat more of the egg white than the yolk, as the former increases your cholesterol level.

Precautions for care of your hair *Take nutritious healthy food *Have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *Avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. *Use warm or cold water for bath and NOT very hot water. * Hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * When the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * Use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *Your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Natural products like Shikakai and Amla are better than chemical compositions of manufactured shampoos. *Hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in Homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally, promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. Consult privately (Prime-Rs.149/)

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month. Get your blood tested for cbc, hb%, s. Ferritin, s. Folic acid, s. Iron, s. Vitamin b12, s. Vitamin d3, s. Calcium.

Following are a few simple measures for prevention of acne: 1. Cleansing your face twice daily! with a mild cleanser. This will remove excess sweat and fatty residue that traps the pores and feeds bacteria the excess oils. By the way, never sleep with your makeup for the same reason. 2. While working out at the gym never put your face on the vinyl on a workout bench and do not touch your face while working out wash or shower right after this. Remember you could also get acne on your back. 3.Fatty meals, nuts and chocolate have again been linked to an exacerbation of acne. Eat them with measure. 4. Take plenty of antioxidants. Fruits and vegetables should be consumed mostly. 5. Continuous use of a thin layer of a retinoid cream on your face at bedtime will not only keep your skin smooth and looking healthy, but will also prevent acne flares. 6. Stress will trigger acne. There is even the 'vacation pimple' because of all the stress of traveling and packing, plus the change in food and sleeping habits that can happen on a vacation. Do not apply tenovate m as it is a steroid and can damage your skin in long run.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. The only way to reduce the size of the breast is breast reduction surgery. Depending on the size the scar can be tailored to be either vertical or transverse or and inverted t shape. In case the skin quality is good and you are looking for moderate reduction then a scarless reduction can be contemplated.

There are several causes of small pimples after shaving for men:------------- 1. The wrong choice of shaving foam or gel. ------Each shaving product contains certain mitigating particles which can cause allergic reactions and pimples. ---- 2. Shaving tool. -----There is a lasting dispute about what is better: a razor or an electric shaver. In this case everything is strictly individual and there is no universal solution. Some men combine both tools. Keep in mind that electric shavers are different, both in design and producers. The choice is strictly individual.------- 3. Aftershave.-----------There is a wide range of them: from tonics and creams – to ointments and sprays. Cologne usage is not recommended, as fragrance components included in it are very toxic and harmful to skin.------------------ 4. Dirty hands. ------ before shaving people need to wash hands thoroughly with soap and water. This will prevent the open pores after shaving from ingress of dirt.------- 5. Dirty tool. In any case do not use the razor that was lying on the floor or, in fact, belongs to another person. The same applies to electric shavers. The minimum “sanitary” purity must be kept.----------------- You can very quickly get rid of pimples on chin and neck formedimmediately after a shave-----------. These tips include washing your hands and moisturizing your skin before shaving. You can use a special tonic or cream for moisturizing; if pimples appeared, – smear them with special ointment (CALENDULA PLUS Homoeopathic cream of Company HAPDCO). As an alternative you can use aloe vera juice after shaving.--
