It is ok if you are under weight.But definitely you should try and gain weight by eating healthy foods. Eat more of healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein. Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Health Benefits Of Cardamom 

Cardamom is native to the evergreen forests of India. This spice is commonly used in Indian cuisine, but it has also made its way into Ayurvedic medicine as a treatment for mouth ulcers, digestive problems, and even depression. Some of the health benefits of this peppery, citrus spice are now making their way into modern studies. It's well worth adding cardamom to your food for the flavor alone, but these health benefits are also something to consider whenever you break out the spices.

Digestion

Cardamom is related to ginger and can be used in much the same way to counteract digestive problems. Use it to combat nausea, acidity, bloating, gas, heartburn, loss of appetite, constipation, and much more.

Detoxify

This spice helps the body eliminate waste through the kidneys.
Halitosis in India they chew cardamom after meals or whenever they need to freshen their breath.

Diuretic

There is a problem in sound sleep, without taking sleeping peel no question for sound sleep but feeling very much disgusting when awake in the morning, feeling very week and not able to go outside for morning walk or yoga or physical exercise when I am consuming sleeping peel. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. These are best tips to lightens and remove the pigmentation -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the pigmentation. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on that area. It will lightens the pigment definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

EAT A BALANCED DIET Aim to eat a balanced diet that contains each of the food groups in the correct proportions. 3. VARIETY IS KEY – EAT THE RAINBOW Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. When it comes to fruit and veg, different colours provide your body with the different nutrients it needs to stay strong and healthy – it's not just greens that are good for you! 4. UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE EATING Make an effort to learn about the food you're eating – we all need to understand where food comes from and how it affects our bodies. 5. EAT NUTRITIOUS CALORIES Make sure the majority of your energy intake comes from nutritious calories that also provide your body with nutrients like vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre and good fats. My father smokes so many cigarettes. What should I do for him?

Ideally you must send a lot of time convincing him to stop the smoking. Of course he will agree sometimes and sometimes he will change his mind. Giving up is difficult but if you highlight the dangers of smoking regularly he may one day decide to quit. Never give up on him. Because of his age and quantity of cigarettes smoked and the length of abuse, he will find is even more hard. When quitting, he must take one day at a time. If he looks too far ahead he will get discouraged and will give up. If he sits and counts the number of days he has given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. He must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if he fails one day, he must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. His persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But his desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms him about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true and he must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So he must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for him. In fact it is highly toxic too. He will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. He should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time he feels like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. He may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. He may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep him occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that he has quit smoking. Here?s a piece of very good advice: even if he accidentally/willfully takes a cigarette, it is not the end of the world ? he can start the cessation all over again. He must persevere with the best support until he defeats this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. Everyone who can help him should be involved until he succeeds.
