Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For increased cholesterol you may have to look at your diet along with taking some drug for reducing it. Similarly TSH 70 mU/L is too high. Looking at your height& weight you have a BMI of 33.95 kgs/M2, showing an excess of over 30 kgs. This needs to be reduced which will help in controlling the lipids. Presence of hypothyroidism also adds to weight gain. You will also have to exercise daily for over 1 hour. There is no mention of BP reading as well as other lipids like TGL, LDL which are also very important. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no prescriptions are allowed. So my suggestion is it is better if you come in a private conversation, then I will be able to give specific guidelines. Thanks.

My grandfather have heart blocks three. What should they do angioplaatic or surgeries operation in age of 75.
There is a very good natural procedure to remove heart blocks by consuming a household prepared medicine. Take below things ginger juice - 1 cup garlic puree - 1 cup lemon juice - 1 cup apple cider vinegar - 1 cup mix all the ingredients and heat it on low flame for 10-15 mints after evaporation of water content from it. Its becomes 3 cups of mixture then add 3 cups organic honey mix it properly and stored in glass water bottle and give him daily one teaspoon in the morning and one tea spoon in evening. If the patient is diabetic don't mix honey. If it is difficult to prepare above mixture, just consult homeopathy doctor there were good medicine in homeopathy to lowering the cholesterol, to remove blocks, and also improve the hearts health.

The causes for stroke and heart attack are same- bp, high sugar & cholesterol, smoke & pollution, bad fats, no exercise, stress and erratic lifestyle. Good to know that sugar and cholesterol are normal, get total lipid profile done as we need good fats also which are given by a spoon of desighee/ butter+ assorted nuts. Go for walks. Get ecg & halter test done, you can take a tablet of metprolol in low doses 25 mg /day in mornings, though it is medicine for high bp, but it protects the heart and brain from getting stroke. So no harm in taking this along with some vitamin supplements.

You are having anxiety neurosis. Do not think about yourself and the body. Once investigated and found normal you must stop thinking about it, else you may land into psychological chain of symptoms. Keep yourself busy in the activities required from you at this time. At 21 you must be doing your post graduation or so. Occupy your thought process with things you like. This will divert you from such recurrent symptoms.

Cholesterol level should be measured at least once every five years in everyone over age 20. The screening test that is usually performed is a blood test called a lipid profile. Experts recommend that men ages 35 and older and women ages 45 and older be more frequently screened for lipid disorders. The lipoprotein profile includes: Total cholesetrol LDL (low-density lipoprotein CHOLESETROL also called "bad"CHOLESTETROL HDL (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "good" cholesterol) TRIGLYCERIDES (fats carried in the BLOOD from the food we eat. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into TRIGLYCERIDES and stored in fat cells throughout the body. High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. You will have to learn exercises focused on that particular part only and also get a general physical examination done from a physician to rule out any pathology.
