1. Don't go in with a lot of expectations
You need to remember that sex improves with time as you become more comfortable with each other. Sex for the first time is not the be all and end all of the things; it's just the first of the several that you'll be having.
2. Breathe to release tension
Long and deep breaths are the key to beating the tension that gets built up around having sex for the very first time. This small tip can help to make your first less stressful, and more amazing.
3. Don't forget to kiss or miss foreplay
A study in the evolutionary psychology reveals that only 1 out of 7 women agrees to sleep with men without indulging in foreplay first. Men must remember that women are not always on the lookout for just sex, but something beyond that. Men should try to reassure the women with lots of kissing and touching. They could begin by planting gentle kisses.
4. Descend slowly
On an average, it takes about 8 minutes for a woman to be aroused before she desires her clitoris to be stimulated. Doubling, this time, is a good practice as it takes that much to reach orgasm. Spending 15 minutes of your time playing around with your partner's body before descending is what you should aim for during your first time.
5. Don't blame yourself
Women tend to blame themselves if their partner experiences erection difficulty or premature ejaculation. But such problems are typical, with the root cause being anxiety surrounding the occasion than you. So don't waste time beating yourself up over it, rather enjoy the moment. As many as 80% women cannot reach orgasm through sexual intercourse.
6. Every sexual encounter is distinct
It's very common for folks who are having sex for the first time to not speak up and let their partner know what's making them feel good and what's not. This is incorrect. You should not assume that your partner is an expert on sex. Even if he or she is more experienced than you, every sexual encounter is not the same. This holds true for men as well as for women. So be open and talk about what turns on you on.

Comb your hair thoroughly to evenly distribute the oil. It will also avoid breakage while washing your hair. Cover your hair with a hot wet towel for 30 to 40 minutes. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Gently comb your hair (use a wide-toothed comb not a brush) while it is still wet and allow it to air dry.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hii, as you are suffering from psoriasis. Psoriasis is a manageable disease, generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients. Red meat, alcohol n stress should be avoided in psoriasis.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Your lipid profile looks normal. There is no reason to worry. However, PP glucose level is high. Normal is <140 mg. Your level is showing pre-diabetes state. Which means there is every possibility of developing diabetes in near future if care is not taken. At this stage it is preventable. If you adapt a modified lifestyle, then you can remain free from it. With a BMI of 30.30 kgs/M2 you are already grade 1 obese. That is an invitation for diabetes. Your Ideal Body Weight (IBW) should be 62 kgs. To prevent developing diabetes you have to reduce weight, exercise regularly and also control your dietary intake. Hi! Outdoor activities make our skin tan. The only option is to wear protective full sleeves clothing and cover as much as possible. Skin already tanned can be treated with de-pigmenting creams and other oral medications. A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sun block. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products. There is no magical instant remedy. The skin tone and complexion can be improved but it takes time. Use a good sunscreen like Suncros gel and apply cream containing kojic acid like demelan at night on dark areas. Hope this helps.

Constitutional Growth Delay.

Children with constitutional growth delay (CGD), the most common cause of short stature and pubertal delay, typically have retarded linear growth within the first 3 years of life. In this variant of normal growth, linear growth velocity and weight gain slows beginning as young as age 3-6 months, resulting in downward crossing of growth percentiles, which often continues until age 2-3 years. At that time, growth resumes at a normal rate, and these children grow either along the lower growth percentiles or beneath the curve but parallel to normal children.

At the expected time of puberty, the height of children with constitutional growth delay begins to drift further from the growth curve because of delay in the onset of the pubertal growth spurt. Catch-up growth, onset of puberty, and pubertal growth spurt occur later than average, resulting in normal adult stature and sexual development. Although constitutional growth delay is a variant of normal growth rather than a disorder, delays in growth and sexual development may contribute to psychological difficulties, warranting treatment for some individuals. Studies have suggested that referral bias is largely responsible for the impression that normal short stature per se is a cause of psycho-social problems; non referred children with short stature do not differ from those with more normal stature in school performance or socialization. A recent study determined that constitutional growth delay was the most common cause of short stature in children.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 20 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

There are many reasons for hair fall like stress,dandruff,thyroid,hormonal imbalance,improper diet,etc.To control hair fall, you need to make certain dietary modifications , eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.Increase protein intake in your diet like cheese,egg white,soya,whole grains,skimmed milk.Reduce stress.Take regular oil massage in case you dont have dandruff. Drink lots of fluids. You may also opt for PRP therapy .

1.Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swimming for 1 hour daily 2Control diet 3.Avoid sweets,sugar,oily,fatty, excess calorie/cholesterol,saturated fat and carbohydrate rich diet. Take green leafy vegetables/fruits/salads.Drink plenty of water. Avoid Junk food, Bakery items like pizza/Burger/Cookies, soft drink etc 4.Do yoga,pranayama, deep breathing exercise Continue with your exercise.Don't drastically cut down your diet.It will take some time to lose weight.It should be gradual.Don't take severe exercise and don't take any pills to reduce weight.
