Acro as an organisation, primarily focuses on mental health and emotional well being of an individual or a group of people. We strive to bring in a sense of balance and equilibrium to a person's life. 

We mainly use counselling and other therapeutic methods as a tool to ease the problems of the patients/clients. Along with counselling, there are other alternative therapeutic practices such as Energy healing, Music Therapy, Travel Therapy and Art Therapy. We also include Mindfulness techniques, in some of our sessions and Basic Dance movements for physical activity.   

Besides Psychological counselling, we are into HR Recruitments, Educational/Career Advise, Travel advice, and Tarot Card Reading. We also conduct workshops on a variety of issues ranging from Animal Psychology, Environmental Hazards, to Mental Health Well Being.
