I am 64 years old and have been having severe shoulder pain and been on combiflan and rock90 for about 2 months. Now my mri reveals: acromioclavicular joint arthrosis with minimal indentation over supraspinatus tendon. Superior labral tear with extension into biceps labral complex. Small tear in anterior labrium. Supraspinatus and subscapularis tendionsis. Bicep tendionosis with vertical split and subluxation. Minimal joint effusion. Subdeltoid-subacromion bursitis. I have been advised arthoscopic surgery. Can anyone pleas advise me how to avoid this surgery?

Hello sir, I have high head ache and fever. I have pain in all joint for 3 days. What should I do?

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures.Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) bathsmay help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport.  -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Fever with joint pains are the common symptoms for both dengue and chickenguinea. Keep checking for any rashes. Make her drink at least 3 liters of fluid a day to prevent dehydration. Complete rest.

Food cure for Ligament Tear:

First of all we have to understand what are different types of joints.
LIGAMENTS: are the Fibrous tissues connecting 1 BONE to another BONE.
TENDON: are the tissues run parallel with bones & directly attached with it.
CARTILAGE: are the semi solid BONES like our external ears, nose, between 2 joints etc.

If any of them strains, stretches or breaks then their is inflammation around injured area, so Omega 3 essential fatty requirement of the body increases to repair it. Also Omega 3s are anti inflammatory.

Body requires more protein for the repair of cells. All the zinc in the body gets concentrated to repair the cells so their is deficiency of zinc in the body.
Extra vit C is required to form the collagen. Vit B is required to fasten the process of healing.

So injured person has to be given these nutrients as food concentrates because the soil is depleted and we do not get all the nutrients what our body requires.

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
