SIR I HAD ORAL SEX 1 YEAR 2 MONTHS AGO ND WITH A GIRL WHOM I DO not KNOW ND EVER SINCE I HAD HEALTH issues I had a very Bad Flu for 2 months and following Mouth ulcers, Gum bleeding, skin rashes, loss of energy, Stomach issues, Increased stomach mass. I took an hiv test after 2 months which was negative nd after 3 months my cbc tests were very clear and After starting work for a while again I had sore throat always and last month after an years time I Took Stds test which was all negative. During this one year Time I never had a viral. in oral sex unless you have some breach of mucouse membrane of your mouth the chancess of infection is very rare in oral sex. and had already tested which is negative as you have mentioned the bouts of viral you are having that may be due to some viral infections due to allergy to some allergen factor. which can be anything.do bwarm saline gargle regularly have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises.

Your weight itself shows you are anaemic. Go for healthy weight gain. 45 to 50 kg will be appropriate. Have regulated timely food - don't skip any session. Have protein rich, calcium rich, iron rich foods. Wish you a healthy life.

I have a problem of mouth ulcers. My tongue get red usually.Please do help me.

Kindly apply orahelp gum paint twice daily for 15 days. Take multivitamins for a month. Also notice that you are not constipated, stressed or having lack of sleep, having acidity problem as these are few of the reasons for ulcers. Avoid hot and spicy food as this may irritate the ulcers. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Is a ventilator necessary to be applied on a heart attack patient who is required to undergo a stent implant in the left descending coronary artery when he is breathing without assistance before undergoing the stent procedure

Yes because patient is under anesthesia effect after the stent placement. the medications affect ones breathing and the muscles. hence for a few hrs patient is put on a ventilator for breathing till the effect of anesthesia wears off. this is applicable to a patient who is normal before the procedure.

1. Keep little walk or move every two hours from your desk
2. Any thing to be lifted do it from sitting and upright position
3. Avoid sitting or lying in soft cushion which may sag body into it
4. If possible outdoor cycling can be practised for 30 minutes a day in particular time period regularly
5. No hunch back in any posture
6. Keep reading anything in correct body alignment

Your age is mentioned as 14 yrs and 5 months. Is it correct? since when you have diabetes? are on insulin injection if so which is it and the dosage? there are mainly two types of diabetes t1 where only insulin injections have to be given and this usually occurs in very young age. Can occur at alittle older age but rare. In this condition beta cells are not producing any insulin. T2 is seen commonly and occurs at a later age. In this sugar can be controlled by oral anti diabetics and in some insulin may be needed. Since you are so young, please tell me if insulin assay has been done meaning have checked c-peptide level in your blood? that will tell if any insulin is produced at all. Also tell me your weight and height. Then I will be able to guide.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. For gas formation: Take Natrum Phos. 6x/ 3 times a day after meals.

Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity.  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.
