What you are having is acute insomnia so don't worry for that. Causes of acute insomnia can include: 1. Significant life stress (job loss or change, death of a loved one, divorce) 2. Illness (Emotional or physical) 3. Environmental factors like noise, light, or extreme temperatures (hot or cold) that interfere with sleep 4. Some medications (for example those used to treat colds, allergies, depression, high blood pressure, and asthma) may interfere with sleep. 5. Interferences in normal sleep schedule (jet lag or switching from a day to night shift, for example) So first thing is to avoid any such cause, secondly eating healthy Balanced diet, regular exercise, drinking plenty water, with this have a fixed time for sleeping and waking, better early to bed and early to rise. But in spite of all this you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which eradicates disease from root giving you the minutest dose of medicine which breaks up your tendency to have insomnia.

I am 21 yr old female studying btech I m having a prob of anger Means I just got irritated and angered and hyper at every small thing then my headache starts I am not understanding what to do. There is something form your past that has probably come up for the last time looking for a resolution sometime around 16-18 years and now you have to deal with that anger for the rest of your life, if you do nothing about it now. You are right that it has to do with anger. Do you know of any situation or event that might have triggered this anger in your childhood? if not ask your parents. Then visit a counselor and deal with it. It is this anger that is unexpressed that is giving you headaches and is also provoking the suicidal drive. Your life is very precious and just because you have not expressed some legitimate anger, it can turn around and want to cause you harm! you must be in charge of your feelings and when you do not express them they will take charge of you. In the meantime do a lot of vigorous exercise daily and that will expend the energy of the anger to make you feel better until you seek professional help.

To stop hair fall chang food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products, green vegitabales etc. Massaje mahabhringraj taila morning end night with finger tips. Wash hairs with keshraj powder two times in a week. Take 1 calcium k 2 7 capsule with milk after dinner for one month than feedback to me.

I'm 23yrs male, from last 8 months im suffering from umbilical discharge on nd off, from last 3 months it's continuously discharging. And im pulling out ingrown hairs from belly button, still hairs r coming out. I hv consulted doctor, he said it is abnormality from birth, a minor surgery is needed at belly button region to cut off some part of skin which is responsible for ingrown hair. Hv used lot of tablets but couldn't cure the infection continuously, nd hv gone through ultrasound scan but found ntg, everything is normal. But one doctor who told abt surgery is recommended to go through MRI scan. I couldn't clearly understood what is the actual problem n why it is happening? please someone explain the cause in brief. Here is the full details of my problem. 1. Umbilical discharge n swelling from last 8+ month's on nd off. 2. Finding hairs coming out from belly button when it is infected. 3. Color of discharge is white. 4. Gone through ultrasound scan but got report as Normal abdominal study. 5. Took DOXCEF CV-200mg 14 tablets, 2 tablets per day for 7 days but problem remains same. No reduction in discharge n swelling. Above are the complete details of my health n treatment taken, should I go through surgery to solve this problem? What actually happens during surgery, I want brief explanation. please tell me.

It seems you have fissure in umbilical cord which may be present right from birth or congenital. I am of the opinion you should have a mri scan done and go for surgery so that it cures permanently.

Take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

It may be simple anal fissure. Stop using enema without consulting doctor. Avoid constipation. Avoid fatty fried food. Add some stool softener like syp duphalac or cremaffin plus. Take a tub. Add some luke warm water in it. Sit in it after passing stool.

Dear Lybrate User, *Apply on the affected area for at least 1 hour the pulp of ripe tomatoes. Wash it off with water. *Potatoes grated and applied on affected area can cure pimples. It is also effective on curing boils, whiteheads, blackheads, and other skin blemishes. *A powdered pomgranate skin & roasted paste mixed with lime juice can treat pimples effectively. This mixture could also treat whiteheads, blackheads, and boils

You should have intercourse at least 2-3 times a week. In midcycle, from day 12-18 you must have frequent intercourse.

Fear user you may be having intestinal infection, you start with some liver tonic, and tab endostal. Drink lot of fluids, avoid junk food. Add Pudina in your diet.

For migrane issue. Avoid nuts (cashew) avoid cold stored and cold foods and drinks. A cup of coffee may be helpful at times. Avoid late night works and stress. Avoid headbath with coldwater.

Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.
