Male Orgasmic Disorder

Male Orgasmic Disorder

Definition:

Persistent or recurrent delay in, or absence of, orgasm following a normal sexual excitement phase during sexual activity.

In this disorder, a male cannot reach orgasm during intercourse although can ejaculate by partner's manual or oral stimulation. Some can ejaculate only during masturbation. Some have ejaculation during sleep but not in waking period.

Orgasm and ejaculation though occur simultaneously, are different entities. Orgasm can occur in the absence of ejaculation and vice versa.

Causes:

Dislike for a partner.
Testosterone deficiency.
Religious restrictions.
Myopathy, Neuropathy.

Masturbation guilt.
Spinal cord lesion.
Guilt regarding nocturnal.

Retrograde ejaculation.
Emission.
Fear of pregnancy.
Drugs.
Inadequate sexual stimulation.
High threshold of ejaculatory reflex.
Low Libido.
Mental Block.

Treatment:

Sensate Focus exercise (mutual pleasuring) is employed daily for first 3 days. Since sex is not allowed, it eliminates the pressure to perform.

Once this is achieved, she stimulates him to the highest degree and as a man approaches ejaculation she inserts penis in the vagina in a woman on top position. If a man is unable to ejaculate she again stimulates him manually and again reinserting when ejaculation is imminent.

Vibrators:

Used for stimulation of the penis.

For Constipation you can take chia or basil seeds. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well.

The hormonal imbalance in our body trigger oil glands to produce excess amounts of an oily substance called sebum. When sebum, dead skin cells and bacteria clog up your pores, inflammation sets in and pimples develop. Oily and fried foods disrupts hormonal activity in your body leading to inflammation which drives up oil gland production, making your skin oilier and inviting to acne bacteria and pimples----------------------------. Varicose Veins - Know Everything About It!

MBBS, MS - General Surgery, MCh - Vascular Surgery, F.V.E.S

Varicose Veins - Know Everything About It!

Blood circulation happens through two sets of blood vessels. The arteries carry pure oxygenated blood from the heart to the various parts of the body. The veins carry impure, deoxygenated blood from the various body parts to the heart. Blood movement is controlled by opening and closing of valves. The farther the veins are from the heart, the more pressure it has to exert to reach the heart. Also, in a person who is standing for prolonged periods of time, the blood flow has to happen against gravity, which is again not easy. Over a period of time, these vessels could get twisted, swollen, and engorged. These are known as varicose veins and are common in the calf area.

Causes: The exact causes are not known, but it is believed to be due to

  • Defective or damaged valves, which are not able to control blood flow
  • Vein walls could be thin, leading to improper flow of blood

Symptoms:

  1. The most obvious symptom is the blue, swollen leg veins which appear ropy and thin.
  2. With prolonged standing, leg pain and tenderness.
  3. Night cramps in the legs.
  4. Itching and heaviness in the legs.
  5. Bleeding if varicose veins are severe.
  6. Skin changes including scaling, dryness, and color changes.

Risk factors: Though causes are not known, risk factors are identified.

  1. Prolonged standing: People whose jobs/occupation require standing for prolonged duration
  2. Obesity – Weight definitely has a role to play
  3. Family history
  4. Age, which causes the veins to lose elasticity and turn rigid, affecting smooth blood flow
  5. Trauma or surgery involving the leg veins
  6. Smoking, strongly increases the risk

Diagnosis:

  • Quite easy to diagnose clinically based on appearance
  • Further testing including Doppler, scanning, and MRI may be rarely required

Prevention/Treatment:

  1. During long working hours, take short breaks to elevate the legs.
  2. During long journeys, take a break to improve circulation.
  3. Weight management, as being overweight is a big risk factor.
  4. Avoiding alcohol, which leads to venous dilation.
  5. Quit smoking.
  6. In people with circulation issues, compression stocking (Ted hose or Jobst stocking) can improve circulation. They are also useful in controlling pain and are frequently used in varicose vein treatment.
  7. Avoid sitting cross-legged, which helps by reducing constant pressure on the vein valves.
  8. Avoid tight clothing around the knees/legs as they pressure on the veins and/or valves.
  9. Regular exercise regimen like walking helps improve blood flow.
  10. In very severe cases, surgical treatment options are available including sclerotherapy, laser treatment, and vein stripping. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask a free question.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Nat Mur 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for a week and update with the feedback. Along with the medicine, follow the tips: *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *try not to squeeze, scratch, pick, or rub the pimples, it can lead to scarring and skin infections. *avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water in a day. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products. *Avoid very oily, spicy and sugary foods. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.
