The inner layer is the medulla. The second layer is the cortex and the outer layer is the cuticle. The cortex makes up the majority of the hair shaft. The cuticle is a tightly formed structure made of shingle-like overlapping scales. It is both the cortex and the medulla that holds the hair's pigment, giving it its color. Hair is more than just a head wrap. It performs a host of biological functions, apart from being a cover up for most parts of the body. Hair protects your head. It keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer. It protects against sunburn. Eyelashes and nasal hair prevent dust and foreign particles from entering your eyes and nose. It's called tachycardia which is increased in heart beat or pulse rate. The cause would be more commonly due to anxiety, fever, hyperthyroidism, or other major complicated things like stroke, heart attack, svt, and others so it needs an complete evaluation with ecg and complete blood profile, throid function test. Hello, take thyroidinum 3x, 1 tab in the evening along with your current treatment. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Hello! to be fit take small and frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items. Hi lybrate-user, Try this home remedy first. Dates 3 Almonds 4 Whole Cardamom 2 Fennel Seeds1 teaspoon Soak the above ingredients over night. Drain the water out and peel the cardamom and almonds. Add ½ cup of water and some ghee. Then blend all in a blender. Have with bread as Jam. You will get results in 4 weeks. It will increase your digestive power as well as your weight. Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion.

Only shampoos will not help. You need proper treatment for hairfall. There are many causes for hairfall according to my research. Read this article --- alopaecia or hair loss: on an average hair grows about 13 mm a month. They grow more at night than day and faster in summer than winter. Healthy adults normally shed between 50-100 hairs each day. Causes: hereditary severe illness high fever nutritional deficiencies. Scalp infections stress certain drugs like cytotoxic anti-cancer drugs and strong antibiotics hormonal changes esp. During pregnancy and also after leaving the contraceptive pill. Certain chemicals, like those used to purify swimming pools. Wear and tear of over-grooming. Bleaching. Repeated bleaching with hydrogen peroxide can cause split ends perming and dyeing. Temporary dyes are not as harmful as permanent dyes which can damage the hair shaft. Symptoms: sudden or gradual change in any of the 4 factors: density, texture, pattern and colour. Broken hair or split ends. Do's and do not's: recognize signs of stress and identify the causes. At work reduce stress by learning to avoid long hours, not accepting unrealistic demands, setting realistic goals, accepting changes optimistically and not taking work-related problems home. At home air, your grievances, share your problems and regular weekend breaks with the family. Your diet should be balanced in vitamins, minerals and proteins. Avoid using dyes, bleaching and perming hair. Avoid washing your hair too frequently. To avoid split ends snip off the ends cleanly every 2 weeks. Otherwise, the split may travel backwards to the root. Avoid tight hairstyles or elastic hair bands. Do not use heated, spiked rollers frequently and never hold the hair dryer too close to the scalp. (at least 15 cms away) never use sharp combs or brushes. Never brush or comb when the hair is wet and always use a towel to dry it gently. Avoid over-zealous scalp massage or brushing. Treatment: homoeopathy has a solution for alopecia thanks.

Good to know that every other test is normal except 1st degree av block. There is an elecrical circuit in our heart sending signals for regular heart beat, if the circuit gets affected, it needs artificial stimulation like a pacemaker so that erratic heart beats like fibrillations (rapid beats) or slow beats (sometimes complete stoppage!) can be avoided. Please ask your treating doctor without getting confused.

hello U can use ayurvedic ubtan for cleaning ur face. Take a small amount of ubtan, moist it and scrub on wet face for a minute. Then clean face with water. Apply this daily once or twice a day.
