Meet with a counselor first and then if that person recommends a psychiatrist to deal with this issue, do visit one as soon as possible. There may be some developmental issues that may have contributed to this condition. This is a fear-based condition and for some reason, she has not been dealing with childhood fear which has now developed into these repetitive adaptations to seem to need it for normal functioning. The behavior will then become based on magical thinking and certain rituals will become necessary to do normal things making her believe that either the frequency or the ritual is important to its success. This, of course, is a fallacy but there will come a time that even if told the truth, she will believe such things as will defy any logic and she will continue behaving like that even if it cripples her in your daily routines she cannot but help herself. It only appears as though some other force is behind these behaviors and that she is compelled to act in this fashion. That is obviously not true but no one can convince her of anything different. The obsession is a repeating thought pattern with no meaningful outcome; and the compulsiveness is the need to act on those obsessions also in a repeated behavior pattern as though she just cannot help herself, like the excessive washing. There are certain behavioral techniques to be implemented and if they work she may get out of this condition rather easily. If that does not work as desired, then medication has to be introduced, and in combination with counseling much work can be achieved.

Hi Troxone is an antibiotic called CEFTRIAXONE. This can be given in diabetics and hypertensives under the guidance of a doctor as we will have to look into other medications that the patient is taking and see if there is any interactions. Especially blood thinners.

you can take tab. zyloric 100 mg once a day. tab. bencid 500 mg once a day. cap. urimax0.4 once a day. tab. lasilactone-25 mg sos. Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil.

My uncle has got heart blockage even though he used to drink water in a copper cup early morning.

My uncle has got heart blockage even though he used to drink water in a copper cup early morning.
Who told you that drinking water from copper cup prevents heart disease. Heart disease results from 5 factors 1) sex - more common in males, because of male hormones /aggressiveness. The benefit is lost in menopausal females too 2) genetics- having family history of heart diseases. 3) vascular diseases- like hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrythmias. 4) lifestyle- smoking, tobacco, alcohol, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, and most importantly stress 5) thickening of blood (hypercoagulable states) - diseases of platelets, clotting factors, drugs, infections and other metabolic/disorders (less understood). So, it is necessary to go for frequent (once yearly, at least) health checks and follow a healthy lifestyle as advised by your doctor, to prevent the risk of heart diseases.

Hi you are about 14 kgs overweight. Your cholesterol levels are little over the borderline but you can control it by diet and exercise. Even 10% reduction in weight can make lot of difference in your cholesterol levels. Family history of heart disease is not necessary. Eat 10-15 almonds every day. Eat two spoons for flaxseeds. Cut down oils and ghee from your diet. Avoid biscuits and pastries. And mutton etc. Cut down maida and white bread. Do 30-60 mins of exercise regularly monitor your cholesterol levels every 3 months. You can bring it down. No need to panic now but take care.

Your blood pressure and heart should be checked by ecg, 2d echo. See a md physician or a cardiologist. This complaint should be throughly investigated first. And if everything is normal, then we can consider it for other normal measures like worms, vitamin deficiency.

As per your concern i would suggest you to do following remedy 1. Take 1 glass warm water 2. Crush some cardamom seeds to get ½ tsp cardamom powder 3. Add it to the water 4. Mix well 5. Consume every day at bedtime Causes: • During sleep, muscles in the mouth relax • At times, the tongue falls back • This obstructs the passage of air which leads to snoring • External factors which cause snoring are: o Physical exertion o Consuming alcohol o Certain medicines surely you will get results
