Both these are said to help diabetic patients however it is best to take medicines alongside. Because there is no conclusive proof as to how much these remedies can reduce your sugar levels. If you find your sugar levels dropping, you can reduce medicines.

The best and only way for weight reduction is > 1. Diet Control +2. Daily exercise. All other methods/ Drinks / Herbs etc are all myths and fantasies. Ajwain / any such drink does not reduce any weight. Good health needs some effort but the final results are worth the effort.

Hi I am recently been diagnosed with Diabetes from the HBa1c value 8.22,doctor has prescribed Januvia 50 mg and Metamorhin 500 mg, would like to know can I take these tablets? Its quite surprising that with a report of 97/193 some one has prescribed Diabetic medicines for you. Kindly repeat all your tests again from a different lab. Take your reports to a different doctor. Diabetes medicines should not be taken in this manner. They can create problems in case your body doesn't need them. Better to be sure.

This is an approach which can disbalance your system. Stomach works 24/7. It is better to eat less frequently than overeat in Eating Window. Better to create balanced approach than such radical approaches, these only work in short term.

Three Kgs in a month is feasible. 30 KGS weight loss needs 10-12 months. Health and wellness is a long term project which needs life long commitment. Avoid crash methods which will take up your time effort and money but will give no results. Change food habits and exercise daily. Consult a dietician.

You can take Coconut water anytime during the day. It has lot of good nutrients. However It will not create any weight loss for you. For weight loss you have to go on a low Calorie diet Plus + daily intensive exercises. Coconut water is just another good health drink but not a weight loss aid.

One year child can be given a variety of foods. Only thing is to avoid spices and chilly. It is important to give a balanced diet like rice + dal + vegetables + fruits. You can give lot of milk / curd / paneer / cheese / milk shakes etc. If you are non veg you can give egg, chicken, chicken soup etc. In addition make sure that Meal Times are Happy Times. Tell stories while feeding. Do Not force feed anything. Children are very moody. Try to adjust to their moods. Try to create different shapes of foods to make it interesting. Keep trying, you will succeed in making your child healthy.

To reduce weight you have to adopt a twin pronged strategy of Exercise + Better Nutrition. You need to indulge in one hour of exercise daily. Gym is better because pools are crowded and it becomes more of a bath tub experience. In gym you can do one hour of intensive exercises. To lose weight one has to switch food habits, eat low calorie diet and exercise regularly. Unfortunately the items you have mentioned. Are all claimed to give you quick fat loss, however none of it is true, these are all myths and wishful thinking. There is no food or drink or medicine that can melt your fat in the body. To reduce weight try to change food habits and do regular daily one hour exercise. That is the only way to reduce weight, and to have a smart body.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  ..Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

You must be already taking medicine for Thyroid. In that case your Thyroid problem is solved. Problem of weight is due to excess food and not due to thyroid. Aim for a 1500 calories diet. Walk for an hour daily. Consult a dietician in your town to help you to lose weight.

The ones you have mentioned are general health tonics. However please note that they have no effect on weight. You can take any health tonic for a month. Otherwise it is best to take natural products in natural form and not in packaged bottles.

There is no optimum speed. It is up to you. You can do fast walk at 6 or jog at 7. It depends on your fitness levels and goals. The data shown at 5 Speed for 20 mins =170 calories is not accurate. Actual calories burnt will be about 80-90. Enjoy your walk and fitness. Stay healthy and fit.
