The best time to eat fruits is 30 minutes before each meal. This way you can have three fruits per day. Fruits give you a variety of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. They also give a lot of fiber and eating them before meals will reduce your appetite for food. If you are working/travelling professional, always carry few apples in your bag so that you can eat it whenever you are hungry. Fruits are good for health. Daily take three.

Hi, I was having bloating and acid reflux regularly. Usually I take a Pan 40 tab in morning before meals and it controls my gastric issue up to a certain extent. Recently my acidity gone worst and I felt mid pain in back of head and sometimes in chest. One day evening I was consulting a doctor and he checked my pressure and found it was 170/90. He prescribed me Corbis 5 mg at night and Lonazep .25 during bed time. Lonazep acts fine and I am able to sleep. But I don't know whether I should continue Corbis. I had reduced dosage to Corbis 2.5 but still having an uncomfortable feeling with Corbis. Should I continue taking it or is there any other mild pressure tablet for beginners like me. It feel the high pressure shown was temporarily at that time as now it is 140/80. Kindly advise,

You can resolve your problems without medicines. It is not necessary to take medicines immediatly at the levels of BP that you have mentioned. Your both problems of acidity and mild hypertension can be controlled by proper diet and exercise. Please try to opt for holistic and natural methods of curing your problem. Please consult a dietician for your food issues / BP diet. Also do daily exercise / Yoga / Pranayam / Meditation. All your problems can be solved without medicines.

Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 12 kgs in 6 months. So on. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim. Love yourself and respect your body.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best!

You are carrying about 25 kgs extra weight on your body. This could be due to excessive eating habits. You can change these habits. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim. 1. Drink more water 2. Take more fruits 3. Take food/meals on time 4. Avoid taking tea 5. Avoid coffee / pickles / fried foods / too much spice and chilly powder 6. Do not smoke and drink liquor.

You are under wrong impression that green tea, lemon tea, honey, daalchini and black jeera will reduce your weight. You have been misguided by these myths and false assumptions which are convenietly believed by everyone since it looks like a nice short Cuts. You need to realise that these short cuts only lead you to a dead end. Please realise that there is NO medicine / herb / food / drink / supplements / shakes to burn fat or reduce weight. Your weight can only be reduced by regular healthy food and daily exercise and mind training. It is better you consult a good holistic dietitian who can guide you to heal your self with natural diet and regular exercise. It is possible to do it step by step.

Hi, Foods increase belly fat. Foods do not reduce belly fat or side handles. Belly fat and handles will be reduced / burnt by regular exercises and a low calorie diet. Take less of oily foods and sweets. Take more fruits and salads. This will help in weight and fat reduction.

Some persons suggest me that, if you want to eat rice daily, then brown rice is best. Problem is that when I went for purchase I saw similar nutrients composition on the pack of both brown and white rice. If there is no difference then why brown rice?

Brown rice is better since it is unpolished, It has more nutrients and fiber. It is good for diabetics and overweight persons. It is also good for digestion. White rice has more carbs and its consumption should be reduced.
