You are required to include high glycemic food in your diet, like Rice, banana, sapota, peanuts etc and food with with high starch containing eg potato, sweet Potato. Also increase good fat in your diet like Almonds, Walnuts and raisins. You require a carbohydrate rich diet. So increase the serving of chapatti ,rice, potato in your diet.

Pm.It is we trained from our childhood. your son system is programmed at 3.00 Am to 4.00 AM.itis not one day cricket match, slowly you can trained by sleeping 10 pm.In addition there are excellent herbals we have it. Ten Ways to Improve Your Diet 1. Eat 2 fruits every day. 2. Add fibre to your diet. For example oats, Rajma 3. Increase your vegetable intake. You should consume minimum 3 seasonal vegetables everyday 4. Stop eating when you are satisfied. Be aware of portion sizes. Eat a gap of 2 hours so that there is sustained release of energy. 5. Eat whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat bread, and whole grain cereals, Oats 6. Enjoy two sources of low-fat dairy products every day: milk, yogurt. 7. Use cold pressed vegetable oils. 8. Limit saturated fat. Read the labels. And remember that fatty meats or cheeses, butter, and whole milk products have large amounts of saturated fat. 9. Eat 6 meals every day. 10. Nothing to do with masturbation. You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. Please call me or contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own.

You are doing excessive masturbation. You can do masturbation two times a week, more than this harmful. For proper hair nourishment, take more proteins, more iron and more biotin minerals in your diet. Do meditation to avoid stress. Take plenty of water daily. Follow this and be happy.

Respected lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* The need of hospitalisation depends upon the symptoms (as reports are only supportive)* So if the patient has only blood once in urine then it is manageable with medicines But if patient has high grade fever, severe chills, pelvic pain, other symptoms of burning which is unbearable and not responding to treatment, then comes hospitalisation need otherwise not. For stone take basant kusumakar ras 125 mg twice a day gokshuradi awleh 5 gm twice a day pathreena kawach 2 capsule twice a day for gastric trouble take sootshekhar ras 125 mg twice a day panchsakar avleh 5 gm twice a day for sinusitis take maha laxmi vilas ras 125 mg twice a day sitopiladi avleh 5 gm twice a day kshatbindu oil.

It's better you go to the gym and start weight training to gain weight in a healthy manner. It is very important to lift heavy weights and improve your strength. This will help you gain muscle mass instead of just fat. In order to gain weight, eat at least 6 meals per day and make sure to eat plenty of fat, carbs and protein. Protein forms the building blocks of your muscles. Eating sufficient protein is required to gain muscle weight instead of just fat. You need to eat more calories than your body burns in order to gain weight. Aim for 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level, or 700-1000 calories if you want to gain weight fast.
