You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. Try to look into the factors which caused the weight gain n that will help you find answers to how you would lose weight. Diet plays 80 % role in a weight loss regime and rest is exercise. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (fruits, vegetables) which are not processed. Small and frequent meals are advised. Do not stuff, do not starve. Don't skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast won't help you lose weight. Eat regular meals. Eating at regular times during the day helps burn calories at a faster rate. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.

1. To lose weight/belly restrict your diet to 1500 calories and add more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio exercises for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

You should take food rich in fibre and proteins. Take raw veggies as salad to reduce tummy. Do any mode of exercise daily. You can take balanced meal plan customised from dietitian.

Yes, you can follow these easy tips for weight loss __ 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list. Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.

Hi lybrate-user. Weight gain is a feature of hypothyroidism. So you might want to review your Thyroid profile and we need to discuss regarding your thyroxine dose. Weight gain can also be secondary to Insulin that you are taking for your Type 1 Diabetes. Usually Type 1 Diabetics will be thin. But in your case it's some exception.
