sir ,if am not wrong u are professional working by continuously seating .and pain starts exactly at 4 pm shows bad posture continuously seating for hours together.you need to correct your posture.and strengthening exercises to back.

From last year I have pimple problem . Lots of pimples came on face as well as on my neck and on shoulder also .still they keep on rising .is there any solution for this?

wash your face 3 to 5 times a day..keep it oil free. blockage of sebaceous glands gives off pimples. use diet rich in fruits and. vegetables. apply... erythromycin lotion on affected area.

Check her blood glucose first. Sure may be a raise. This is one of the reasons for stiff shoulder. Then consult any physiotherapist near you for further follow up.

No. First work with strengthening of rotator cuff muscles. Ifnot you have to undergo cuff repair. (puttiplat)

As per your complaint. Back pain is due to strain for hours together work or might have lifted heavy load or having poor posture. Please get it assessed by orthopaedician or physiotherapist. Advise: regular exercises for back helps to improve muscle strength. Posture correction if any.

Sir you need to1. Correct your posture. 2. Strengthen neck muscles by exercises. 3. Follow do's and donot's consult any physiotherapist or orthopaedician for follow up.
