Hello lybrate-user jee, LCHF [low carbohydrate high fat] diet include Boiled egg, chicken,meat, paneer,cheese ,upma, poha. Combination of extra virgin oil, mustard oil, soybean oil, butter,ghee. Fruits, vegetables. Foods to be avoided are: potato, swweet potato, yam,chapati, rice,toast ,bread, pulses, bakery products, buiscuits, etc you need a costomised diet plan so consult me for diet chart. Consume more energy rich and protein rich food like whole cereals ,dals, root vegetables, nuts ,banana, pear, Apple, nuts. Hello lybrate-user, I am suggesting a proper diet for your father, pls follow :1.Exercise, Yoga, Walking daily, plenty of water is needed. 2.Fruits and vegetables: Eat 4 to 6 serving daily Carrot, onion, peas, beetroot, green and leafy vegetables. Watermelon, muskmelon, papaya, sweet lime, orange, peach, fig, guava, apple, jambu. 3. Cereals, pulses, legumes: Eat moderately [3 to 5 serving]. Wheat, jowar, bajra, rice, bread, Bengal gram, whole dal. 4. Low fat dairy product, paultry, eggs: Eat moderately 2 to 3 serving. Fish, chicken, cheese, paneer, egg white, peanut butter, Skimmed milk, curd. 5. Nuts and oils: Eat sparingly [1 to 2 serving] Almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, olive oil, sunflower oil, Canola oil, etc. AVOID: Sugar, sweets, colas, red meat and refined food products. Hello lybrate-user, you should consume high calorie and high protein diet like whole cereals, pulses, potato, sweet potato, yam, banana, chuki, pear,butter, ghee, chicken, fish, meat,egg, etc. Drink plenty of water.(Luke warm water preferred).
