Dear your medicines are not able to control your b. Sugar levels. Fasting should be<140 and pp<180. You need further add on/change of medicines now. Raised blood sugar does harm if kept so for a long time.

Fasting blood sugar more than 126mg% means you have confirmed diabetes - since you are not on any medication probably you are aware of the fact-continue nutritional balanced diet and exercise. Get your hba1c done every 4 monthly and try to maintain below 5.7%

Hello Sir, The above fruits that you mentioned are Ok apart from pineapple. You can also take mosambi/sweet lime, guava, small helping of water melon, musk melon. Avoid/restrict mango, sapota/chikoo, jack fruit, custard apple etc as they are packed with fruit sugar. Thank you.

You can wait for some weeks and repeat the tests along with HbA1c test. Till then adapt a very healthy lifestyle and follow the daily routine with a lot of discipline. Eat only healthy food and avoid junk food/processed or packaged food and beverages. A proper diet (balanced diet with more natural and organic foods) and daily exercise and Yoga can help you control the blood sugars. If the blood tests still show high sugar then you need to take medication from a diabetologist. You can also add Homeopathy if interested to help your body to work effectively and maintain an ideal weight. Please revert with the reports later for further information.
