U have to give up on this habit or it vil worsen ur condition.deaddiction centres are a great help for this. You need to institute a couple of changes to see a lot of results. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Don't directly spray perfumes on your body. Spray them on your clothes and wear them. Don't use deodorants or roll ons. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.

I have white patches on my all over body so please tell me how to cure it permanently this disease.

I have white patches on my all over body so please tell me how to cure it permanently this disease.
Vitiligo is a genetic disorder triggered by indigestion and stressful conditions. There is always a confusion in patients mind regarding choosing right treatment approach for vitiligo. Every patient has 3 choices: 1.Allopathy - gives quick results but is not very safe for long term use. 2.Homeopathy- is safe but very slow and in most of cases it can not stop the spread of disease i.e old patches show some recovery but new white patches continue to come even while using the medication. Ayurvedic herbal medicines are used to purify blood and stop the spread of disease and external application are capable of quick repigmentation. We have integrated external Allopathic applications with internal Ayurvedic medication to give fast and long lasting results. For detailed queries like: 1. Causes of vitiligo 2. Is it genetic or can it spread to next generation 3. Causes of spread of disease after it remains stable for some years 4. Should we use homeopathy, allopathy or ayurveda. You can send pictures of the affected area. After reviewing the case individually, will guide you about the best possible treatment and time frame.

I have white patches on my skin from the last few days. Can you suggest me how I should do my treatment.

BHMS
Homeopath, Hooghly
I have white patches on my skin from the last few days. Can you suggest me how I should do my treatment.
White patch may be its pityriasis, it may be ring worm, or it may be leucoderma also. That can be concluded after seeing the patch. Well I will suggest you to go for homoeopathic treatment. Because in allopathic treatment this will supress only which have so adverse effect on your health. Soo you can contact me through Lybrate in private conversation.

Can it be cured by applying coconut oil?
The main cause of balanitis is poor hygiene. Poor hygiene causes harmful bacteria to overpopulate the area, which can lead to infection. The foreskin of the penis is an ideal place for bacteria to grow. Injuries on the tip of the penis or foreskin can also cause swelling. Irritation in the area can also cause balanitis. Irritation can arise from: not rinsing soap completely off of your penis after showering using scented soaps to clean the penis using bar soap that dries out the skin using scented lotions or sprays on the penis Before applying any treatment option, it is important to avoid using irritants such as perfumed soap, lotion, or powder. This prevents further irritation of the foreskin. In case of an infection, you will need an antibiotic medication like T BACT ointment to help clear it. In some cases, this may be all that’s needed to stop the inflammation, swelling, itching, and discharge.

In most of the cases ,sunken eyes are usually hereditary, but still have plenty of water &balanced diet. For I .T.professional ,CVS (computer vision syndrome) is common problem, to avoid CVS put some lubricating eye drops 4 - 5 times a day.
